This FERRETTI 680 is in excellent condition built in GRP by Ferretti Group in Italy and was delivered in 2000.
“Island Time’ is a very lightly used vessel as a Day Cruising Yacht in Spain until 2015 when she was shipped to the USA and acted as a Hotel for overspill of Guests from their Cat Cay home until it was sold to the Current owner whom purchased her a year ago.
As many owners do this one decided to embark on a Mini Refit in which to date documented $450,000 in upgrades and Improvements. While coming to the end of the Refit he decided to buy a Brand new 72 Ft Yacht.
The interior configuration of the Ferretti 68 has been designed to comfortably accommodate (8) guests in (4) cabins consisting of a Master suite full beam amidships, (1) VIP suite fore with en-suite bathrooms, (1) twin cabin with single berths and (1) cabin with Upper/Lower bunks, the last cabins share one bathroom. She also, accommodates (2) crew members in (1) cabin with own facilities in separate quarters. The spacious cabins are complimented by large daytime areas both inside and out.
Vessel is in the finishing stages of a MAJOR REFIT (over $350,000)“Island Time” features the Four stateroom, three head layout with separate crew quarters aft.
Boarding the “Island Time” is achieved from several access points on board. There are forward gates in the railing on each side, the aft deck can be boarded over the gunwales, and the large platform is perfect for any floating dock. The aft deck features a new Murray Brothers custom teak table and finished in dark high gloss, with 4 folding chairs. There is a wide transom bench seat and bar sink basin aft. Access to the crew quarters is underneath the transom seat. The aft deck has snubbing winches, line storage bins, and docking cleats concealed underneath sturdy molded fiberglass lids. The access to the flybridge is via a molded staircase to port.
The aft deck and walk-around decks are all teak soled with protective bulwarks. Forward in the bow are two access hatches to the anchor chain lockers, as well as the capstans for both anchors. The bow has a large sunbathing pad.
The Flybridge has a davit aft capable of lifting a up to 13 Ft. Tender or Wave Runner or up to 14 Ft. Tender off the swim platform. This area is protected by a full wrap-around rail. There is also a second large sunbathing pad in this area with storage underneath. Forward of the staircase is a bar with drink refrigerator, Electric Grill, and sink. Adjacent to this bar is a very large semi-circular table with seating. Forward of this entertainment area is the upper helm to port, complete with full Navigational Electronics in retractable box and wide Captains bench seat for two. A companion seat is located to starboard. There is a full custom Bimini top with constructed for use and protection while underway with new Canvas Top.
The salon is accessed from the aft deck through a very large glass sliding door and bulkhead. The bulkhead has a special folding starboard window. With the door and window both opened, the salon and aft deck can be used as one common area. The salon has storage shelving and cabinets, a flat screen 32 inch Smart TV to port, and a large settee to starboard with table. Up a couple of stairs is the formal dining table to starboard with seating for 6, plate and flatware storage, and the entrance to the galley is directly adjacent to port.
The galley features a new full side-by-side refrigerator, Bosch oven, sink, storage over and under the granite counter tops, and trash bin. There is also an electric pocket door for crew to exit the galley / lower helm area.
Access to the lower helm is directly through the galley or pocket door to port. The lower helm features full navigational electronics, as well as breaker panel for 24/110 V onboard equipment.
Down a centerline companionway staircase is access to all staterooms. The Master is located immediately to Starboard.
The entrance to the master is from this area, and features seating immediately to starboard, TV entertainment in the bulkhead wall amidship, a centerline queen berth, and vanity with seat to port. There are large his and hers hanging lockers, and an en-suite head with sink, fresh water toilet, bidet, storage, lighted vanity and mirror, and large shower.
The 2 Guest cabins are forward of the Master entrance. Both have side-by-side berths, drawer and hanging storage, lighting, and head with sink, fresh water toilet, storage, lighted vanity and mirror, and shower.
The Starboard Guest shares the Port Bath room.
