Overview
SEVEN DIAMONDS is a serious cruising vessel with an interior devoted to maximizing space throughout. The cockpit has a large rectangular table with a fixed bench and four chairs to accommodate up to eight guests. The enormous main salon is flooded with light from large windows and leads through to the lower helm and dining area. The cabins are all exceptionally comfortable, the aft owner's suite occupying the whole of the stern area is particularly spacious and bright, with windows on the three sides. The flybridge has plenty of seating and dedicated sunbathing areas. Crew staterooms are accessed privately from the lower helm and galley.
Recent Work Highlights
SEVEN DIAMONDS was purchased in beautiful condition with only around 800 hours in October of 2017. As part of the sale, most recommendations on the survey were addressed. Since then, the owner and his family have been to the Bahamas multiple times, to Maine and back to Fort Lauderdale. During this type of use, as one would expect, things needed to be fine-tuned and/or replaced. This vessel is in excellent condition cosmetically and mechanically due to the owner’s use this past year. She is truly turn-key, a rarity in any market. She has around 1,000 hours currently and is in exceptional condition. Here are a few items updated since October of 2017:
• 1,000 MTU maintenance
• Generator service including replacement of water pumps
• Replacement of batteries
• Replacement of galley stove
• Replacement of flybridge BBQ grills
• Replacement of most exterior cushions
• Installation of V-Kool on lower helm windows and windshield
• Hydraulic system maintenance
• HVAC maintenance
• Black water hose replacement and addition of fresh water flush for blackwater system
• Water maker service

Accommodations
The guest accommodations are found forward of the galley. The port ensuite stateroom has crossed upper and lower single berths while the one to starboard has a queen berth and ensuite access to a spacious day head. The forepeak VIP suite is quite large, with plenty of floor space, two generous hanging lockers, and a pair of big drawers under the berth, as well as several smaller lockers. Lowlevel LED lighting is used throughout the accommodations to great effect.
The master cabin occupies the stern. This is a roomy and comfortable domain, with a generous 6'4" x 6'0" bed, two walkin wardrobes, a chaise lounge, and windows on three sides.

Main Salon
A sliding door in tempered, darkened glass leads into the roomy salon. Immediately starboard is the stairway to the master cabin. The interior, as elsewhere, is paneled in teak, and the walls are entirely paneled in Boiserie, with lightcolored fabric for the upper sections. The salon is flooded with light from the large windows. This is a living area intended for total relaxation. To starboard is a sectional sofa with table, armchair and two coffee tables, one of which is central. This section leads into a working zone with a desk. Opposite are two comfortable armchairs with a console concealing the popup TV. Two chairs face the sofa, creating a wonderful entertainment space.
Cockpit
The cockpit immediately reveals the attention devoted to maximizing space for social interaction. A large rectangular table in teak, a fixed bench and four chairs can accommodate up to eight guests. Stairs from the cockpit give access to the swim platform or flybridge.
Flybridge
The flying bridge is accessed from the cockpit via stairs. Sheltered by a substantial hardtop with a fabric sunroof, this area has plenty of seating and eating space, a bar and grill, room for a 12’ tender aft, and dedicated tanning area. This area provides a bird’s eye view of the foredeck, where there is another comfortable place for dining with big sun lounges.
Engine Room
Brightly lit, painted white, and with 6'0" headroom, the machinery space provides easy access to equipment.
