Overview

The owner has bought another boat, and offers this 2009 Grady-White 305 seriously for sale! Located at Bluewater Yachting Center in Hampton, VA.

The Grady White 305 Express has been described in one boating magazine as being "a high-performance Range Rover on the water".  Built to fish in "big water", the boat is equally suitable for cruising and family time.  Her cabin space is quite large, with comfortable sleeping accommodations for 4 adults.  She has a fully functional galley, and an enclosed head with shower. The helm deck is laid out for comfort, and the open cockpit with transom gate was designed perfectly for offshore fishing.  One of very few built with the Yamaha 350s!! Extremely easy to maneuver with her Side-Power bow thruster.

The boat has a good electronics package, and only 1125 total hours on the Yamahas, with flywheel service completed.  She has just been Detailed and serviced. She is ready to go for her next owner!  Make an offer!  No genset or air conditioning system to maintain.

Accommodations & Layout

Although sturdily built for serious fishing, the Grady White 305 Express also makes a very comfortable home-away-from home.  Her spacious cabin features a large convertible dinette forward, and an aft double berth for sleeping for 4 adults.  To port is the functional galley with Corian countertops, large sink, drawer and cabinet storage, microwave, stove-top, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. To starboard is the enclosed head with shower, vanity, storage, and vacu-flush head system.  She also has a beautiful teak and holly sole, Kenwood stereo, and a flat-screen TV with DVD player forward.

At the helm deck, there is a centerline pedestal-style helm seat, a convertible (for and aft or bench-style) settee to starboard, and a raised forward-facing companion seat with storage beneath.  The helm area is covered by a factory hard-top, and is fully enclosed. The electronics are housed in a pop-up electronics box as well as an overhead radio box.

The cockpit is HUGE and features a fold-down bench seat at the transom, tremendous transom fish box, an insulated ice box to port forward, 32-gallon livewell to starboard, and a transom gate that leads out to the swim platform.
