The Grady White 375 Freedom is arguably the most versatile boat in it's class. She's an overnight capable, multifunction cruise, fish and watersports boat that can take off for the Bahamas on a moments notice with the whole family in safety and comfort. Her C. Raymond Hunt & Associates SeaV2® progressive deep V hull is designed specifically for rough water operation.
Port and starboard climate controlled cabins beneath the consoles provide functional overnight accommodations. The port side includes a convertible settee, aft full length berth, a TV entertainment system, closet, and plenty of storage, while the starboard console hides a VacuFlush head, stand-up shower, sink, mirror and utility galley with microwave oven.
The 85 square foot cockpit is set up for cruising with a starboard side wraparound lounge seat which is easily removed to make a tournament-capable space. Aft in the cockpit is a large refrigerated fish box which can be used as a refrigerator or freezer. Next to it is a 30 gallon recirculating live bait well followed by the port side transom door. The starboard side cockpit door makes watersports or access to and from the dock easy and safe. Forward to starboard in the cockpit is the wet bar or cockpit galley. It provides an electric grill, sink, dual voltage refrigerator/freezer,and three large storage drawers. This amenity can be used to serve drinks, prep meals or cook the day's catch right on deck. The entire area can be shaded by the electrically retractable SureShade® awning.
The climate controlled helm deck with 16,000 BTU dedicated air conditioning has a full enclosure or can be opened as weather permits. There is an electric glass sunroof that can be opened at the touch of a button to bring the outside in. The large windshield is integrated with the hardtop. The captain and guests can stand at the helm and look through glass with complete protection from the elements. The center panel of the windshield flips open and a lower bifold door provide access to the large bow seating area. Contoured chaise lounges to port and starboard offer relaxation in addition to convertible seating for guests. a pair of half moon shaped hi-lo tables transform the area into an entertaining space for cocktails or al fresco dining.
The Freedom 375’s hull is a Hunt design, which Grady-White markets as a SeaV2 hull. Hunt hulls have steadily increasing deadrise from the transom forward, which provides stability at rest, the ability to plane at low speeds, and a relative smooth and dry ride. She’s very strongly built with an all-composite, foam-cored hull structure, including stringers extending from the hull up to the deck and a high-density foam-cored composite transom. Foam is also injected between the stringers to create an unsinkable boat, to provide a membrane against water intrusion in the event of underwater impact, and to add thermal and acoustic insulation for a quieter ride.
