Allison III with the SX layout was delivered new to her current owner with numerous custom features and upgrades which make this Grand Banks 49 Eastbay truly unique. Please see "Full Spec's" for pictures and descriptions and you will agree this is the best layout in any Eastbay 49!

Overview

Allison III is one of only ten of the Eastbay 49 Salon Express layout ever built, the October 2015 issue of Power and Motoryacht magazine has a fabulous article about the Eastbay 49 being one of the best ever designs from this legendary builder.

  • 1000 hour engine service completed April 2015 current hours 810
  • Professionally waxed,detailed and varnished annually, last done May 2015
  • Port bench seat that raises and lowers. In low position it becomes part of the salon settee converting it to a sectional. I the high position facing forward has unobstructed views facing forward while running.
  • Custom salon teak table that doubles as a dining table and coffee table.Please note angled pedestal, while up in dining position very comfortable eating position when in coffee table position moves away for ample room walking around.
  • Office across from galley with desk and cabinet storage. Typically this area is a dinette.

Walkthrough

The SX layout of the 49 Eastbay offers a fully finished off salon area. This would be considered the "optional layout" with the exception of the port stateroom has twin beds and the dinette typically located across from the galley in an office area.

Vessel Highlights

Port seat raises and lowers. In low position it becomes part of the salon settee converting into a sectional. In the upper position becomes a forward facing companion seat with excellent visibility while underway.
