Overview

The current owner completely restored this timeless beauty over a two year period. The interior features finely crafted mahogany joinerwork and granite countertops, combined with tastefully appointed custom fabrics, soft goods, and top of the line appliances. The double planked mahogany hull has been refastened with 6,500 2 ½” bronze screws and 4,000 3” screws. The teak cockpit was replaced; salon sole, LP paint was applied to the hull and topsides. The electrically system was completely overhauled with new wiring, breaker panel, battery banks, lighting systems, etc.  Windows replaced, electronics upgraded, new water tanks, new plumbing system. The engines underwent a top end overhaul and the generator was thoroughly inspected and serviced. The project is finished and the owner is ready to move on to his next project. Very unique opportunity to own a truly special Grandy Marlineer.

Recently overhauled Detroit 6V71TI’s were installed along with rebuilt transmissions, new exhaust, propellers, and the entire engine room painted. Cruise speed of 16 knots, 22 top. Chetco digital touchscreen engine displays were installed in 2015. The project is finished and the owner is ready to move on to his next boat.
