Overview

ANOTHER MAJOR PRICE REDUCTION... BOAT MUST GO...BRING ALL OFFERS!!
The Gannet is a true old school classic sport fisherman. Built by Graves Boatworks in Hilton Head, she has all of the beautiful lines and features that so many boat builders tried to capture in that era. She is a sturdy, comfortable boat in a sea and has been owned and maintained by a professional captain with a lifetime of experience dealing with boats. Her creative interior layout makes for an awesome boat to charter fish, travel or live aboard and the roomy cockpit and bridge allow for a great fishing platform. She was repowered in 2008 with a set of 450 Cummins so she is reliable and economical as well. Don't let the age of this boat fool you, she is clean and rigged up and turn key ready to roll. If you want a boat that is pleasing on the eyes, affordable to buy and operate and can get you in the game immediately, take the ride to Virginia Beach and check out the Gannet. She is a very neat rig.

General Interior Layout

The entire interior of the Gannet is trimmed with teak, teak valances and window frames, teak panels and cabinetry abound, teak drawers, teak roll-back style doors on dash storage, lockable teak doors to staterooms and head...This woodwork has been well maintained throughout the life of this boat. If you like the old school, wood intensive look in the salon and throughout the below decks area, you will love this.

Salon layout includes (2) home style couches to Port and Stbd with a large custom dinette forward to the Stbd side. U-shaped bar and galley area to Port forward

(2) Haier SPT fridges under bar

Sony Sound System / 6 CD changer and Bose speakers throughout

As you descend into the companionway the first thing you notice is the atypical layout of the staterooms. To Stbd there are large hanging lockers and several deep drawer storage compartments, an overhead skylight window and porthole window outboard. This leads to a Private door and shower/dressing area with a sink and vanity. Another door forward of this leads to the forward stateroom with (2) bunks to Port, huge hanging lockers and an immense amount of drawer, cabinet and countertop space. To Port there is a private door to a stateroom that is huge and well laid out. There is an athwartship berth, full closet, head, shower and vanity, linen closet and plenty of cabinet and drawer storage as well. There is also an overhead Skylight window and outboard porthole window.
