Overview

Absolutely the roomiest 44' Motor Yacht on the market. The unique design of the aft salon allows owners to open the aft sliding doors and side windows to convert into an open air aft lounge with incredible views while at anchor. Simply closing doors and windows and flipping on the air conditioning instantly returns you to the spacious salon. The Master Stateroom aft is as big as 60' motor yachts. Even the galley and dinette is comparable to a much larger vessel. Lots of love by the current owner is apparent throughout the very clean interior. A wonderful live aboard or ideal Bahamas cruiser, with its 3' 10" draft.

Walkthrough

The Gulfstar profile from dockside with all its windows, portholes, and gleaming stainless steel handrails gives you the impression of a very bright airy capable voyager. The vessel is easily boarded from the port and starboard wide deck gates. From the water a tender can secure to the swim platform to access the aft salon deck. Entering the aft deck salon you will immediately see all the beautiful teak cabinets and wall coverings. The area overhead is a light vinyl and the sole is a Berber carpet. Huge side deck windows and sweeping sliding glass doors bathe the area in natural light.  Other aft deck highlights include two lounge chairs, teak table and  chair, and wet bar with sink, wine glass racks, ice maker and liquor cabinet.

The bow can be easily reached from the port and starboard salon wing doors. The bow features built in deck storage, Ideal windlass and stainless steel handrails. The bridge can be accessed from a private door in the forward salon area four steps up. The bridge highlights include a full array of engines gauges and electronics to make navigating a breeze. The captain and crew will enjoy a 360 view of their journey. Abundant seating and large lounging pad will provide great comfort. The hard top above the aft salon secures the tender and allows easy deployment of the dinghy.

From the salon five steps down brings you to the yacht size galley and dinette. This voluminous area with a full complement of appliances will make a cozy place for a family meal. Other galley appointments include parquet sole, huge windows all around with white window blinds and teak accented cabinets and wall coverings. Forward of the galley in the companionway is the laundry area with Westinghouse washer and dryer along with a large freezer. A door aft of the companionway gives quick access to the roomy engine room.Forward of the companionway is the VIP cabin with a separate door to the head with separate shower stall. The VIP cabin boasts an island queen berth, 30" flat screen TV, large deck hatch, two port holes, and teak cabinets and wall coverings.

From the aft galley companionway you can reach the roomy Master Suite. You will get the feeling you are on a much larger yacht with the Island queen berth located center aft. A very wide walk around with berber carpet gives a homey feel. Two huge hanging lockers are to port. The aft head has a vacu flush system with separate shower stall. There is a large desk area aft starboard. Mirrors above and to starboard reflect natural light from the portlights.
