ANNABELLE has spent the past 17 years with current owner, enjoyed seasonally in the Adirondacks on Forth Lake – Eagle Bay, NY. She has always been kept in fully covered boat house and stored there during winter months. The owners’ Adirondack home was sold in September 2018 and now the ANNABELLE is on the market. She is currently located and on display at Hacker Boats, in Silver Bay, NY -- on Lake George.
A thorough inspection/survey was conducted by Hacker Craft naval architect and it was determined that a few planks and other isolated sections had soft wood. As a result, Hacker Boats just completed (August 2019) a 6 week –partial restoration – replacing several planks and other areas that were in need of repair. ANNABELLE is now in exceptional condition – structurally, mechanically & cosmetically.
The 26’ Hacker Craft run-about displays the sea worthy characteristics associated with their legendary vessels. Her robust design, wide beam, forward – gentle flair and ample freeboard account for a soft ride in most conditions. And the distinctive mellow/throaty exhaust sound is a welcome benefit while cruising on board or admiring her from shore!
