Overview

Quest is an exceptionally nice Yacht Fisherman.  Both engines were replaced with Cummins 6BT210's, (210HP) completely rebuilt to original factory specifications, port and starboard engines have only 78 hours on them.  The Quest is a very fuel efficient and long range cruiser with approximate 1200 mile range.  Recent upgrades in the galley has created more cabinets and storage space.  Most of the interior lighting has been changed out to LED.  Master stateroom has recent upgrades to cabinetry, one single bed was removed and a queen bed was installed. If you are looking for a long range cruiser, come to Key West and see the Quest.    

Accommodations

This vessel features the standard 3 stateroom, 3 head, galley down layout. Aft is the queen berth plus single berth master stateroom with private head and stall shower. The aft guest stateroom has twin berths with head and stall shower across the companionway. Moving forward of the engine room and across the galley to the bow, you find upper-lower berth arrangement with a private head with stall shower and hanging locker. The stacked type washer/dryer unit is also in this stateroom. The main deck level combines the piloting station, salon (with pull out sofa for two) and aft deck. Access to the walkaround side decks, is provided by the port and starboard pilothouse doors. The aft deck access is through double doors that swing open to create a continuous area from piloting station through aft deck.

Galley

This galley features added cabinetry with a freezer below the counter top.  Full size appliances including microwave, large oven with 4 burner cooktop, full refrigerator with freezer above, toaster oven, coffee maker, stainless steel sink and numerous teak cabinets.  Access to generator and batteries is through the galley sole.

Remarks: The Hatteras 58 Yacht Fish market has continued to appreciate as people discover what an excellent value these vessels are with their quality construction and functional layout. It is increasingly rare to find a good 58 Hatteras Yacht Fishermen. This vessel is one of those "rarities" with some very nice upgrades This nice 58 is ready to cruise with fresh engines, good paint, decent electronics, queen berth master and full size galley appliances. The interior wood is in great condition and glistens throughout.
