Overview

"WANDERER" has four Stateroom / four Head arrangement with the Salon, Dinette and Galley on the main deck level, along with an enclosed Pilothouse.  The Master Stateroom with private Head with tub / shower is full bean aft with a king size island berth.  The Guest Staterooms are forward and are separated from the Master by the walk-in engine rooms.  The original Dinette at the foot of the companionway steps has been converted to an office area.

"WANDERER" is a terrific boat for retirement living and family cruising - The generous interior and exterior spaces can accommodate many guests without feeling crowded.  The present owner is retired and lives aboard - He loves the boat, but, unfortunately, has few guests and for his needs there is just too much space.

The plan is to sell this boat and buy a smaller one better suited to his needs.  She is seriously for sale and ready to go - Realistic offers encouraged!

Accommodations and Layout

This is the standard four stateroom, four head layout, with all staterooms below the main deck level and accessed by companionway steps to the right of the pilothouse helm station. The forward guest stateroom has over / under berths to starboard. Aft and up to the second guest stateroom with crossover berths to port - To starboard is the open office area.  Aft and down to the third guest / VIP stateroom with fore and aft twin berths.  Across the companionway, to starboard, is a guest head.  Aft  through the companionway between the walk-in engine rooms is the full beam master with private head with tub / shower and king size bed.

The main deck level features entry doors to the pilothouse, port and starboard.  The enclosed and air conditioned pilothouse is followed aft by the dinette to starboard and the large U-shaped galley to port.  Aft of the galley / dinette area is the full beam main salon with mirrored bulkhead forward, dining table, entertainment center with wet bar and icemaker and matching sofas.  A double door leads to the aft deck area, which is suitable for line handling and will accommodate a small table and two chairs.  Carpeting throughout was new in 2013, as well as all wall coverings in the lower level.

Access to the flybridge is via a ladder to the starboard side of the pilothouse.  The bridge includes a custom built bar with refrigerator, ice maker and grill.  There is lots of seating area and a davit with space for a tender.

Galley

The large U-shaped galley is on the main deck level, to port, between the pilothouse and the main salon.  To starboard is a good size dinette.  The galley sole, as well as the pilothouse sole, has been upgraded to bamboo hardwood flooring (2014).  At the same time, most of the appliances were replaced.

    Broker's Comments

"WANDERER" was her owner's dream boat for many, many years.  Once he was able to bring the dream to reality, we shopped the market thoroughly and settled on this particular boat.  It turned out to be everything he has hope for, but, once settled in, it became obvious this was far more boat, in terms of cubic feel, than he needed for himself and occasional guests.

He's made the decision and is ready to move on - Something 45 to 50 feet.  This boat is seriously for sale and we are ready for another owner who appreciates the abundant space and terrific value of these older Hatteras Motor Yachts!
