Interior

The Pilothouse has sliding door access on port and stab. A portion of the aft bulkhead has been opened up making the Pilothouse and the galley feel larger. Navigation equipment include Standard VHF connected to the Fly Bridge, Furuno GPS connected to Furuno NavNet Screen & Garmin GPS connected to computer interfaced w/ Nobel Tec software interfaced w/ radar GPS and Navigation equipment. Fuel electronic management System. Satellite phone. Robertson AP200DL Autopilot. AC distribution panel. Stevens 222 SSB. Bow Thruster control. Naiad Stabilizer indicators w/ control switch. Rudder Angel indicator. Bennet trim Tab Indicator.

There is a Day Head on the starboard side aft of the galley.

The large custom Galley is accented with granite counter tops beautiful wood cabinetry and all  high end stainless appliances. Appliances include. large Amana fridge  / freezer. Frigidaire Electric 220 V 4 burner stove& oven. Microwave. Trash compactor and Dishwasher.

The full beam Salon is luxuriously furnished. Highlights include custom wood blinds Tinted windows. 32 V halogen lights w/ switch and dimmer. Cypress Hard wood flooring. Bar with ice maker and fridge. Dining table and 50" flat screen TV.

Below and aft are the three owners party staterooms all with in sweet heads.

Master stateroom is Aft and features a walk around king a large walk in closet and custom Head with a large tile shower, with rich counter tops and fixtures. other features includ32" flat screen TV w/ satellite TV and DVD.

Port guest cabin has a large double bed, closet and its own nicely appointed head.

Starboard guest cabin is identical except with a twin bed layout.

Forward of the pilot house is access to the Crew area

The Crew cabin has 2 cabins both sleeping two. There is a single head all the way forward. There is also a small seating area and a washer and dryer...

 

ENGINE ROOM

The Engine room is full beam with lots of room to work freely around all Next Deal's mechanical equipment.  the engine room is also clean and shows of good care and maintenance. Equipment include Twin GM 12-71 Ti's. a 2008 30 KW northern Lights generator and second 30 KW Northern Lights Generator. Both Gen Sets were new in 2008 and have 1500 Hours. There 3 Marine Air Systems 36,000 BTU chilled Water ACs New in 2015.  Glendenning engine Synchronizer. New Bow Thruster in stalled 2015.  Air Compressor. 32 Volt Step down transformer. 600 GPD Water Maker. Naiad Stabilizers. Oil change systems. 2 engine room blowers. Water filter and accumulator tank. Walker Airseps. Remote video camera, new 30 gal hot water tank.

 

Exterior

The foredeck has bench seating, Hydraulic anchor windless  and there are 2 50 amp shore power cord hook up port and starboard.

The aft deck spacious and well appointed with new seat covers and teak deck. There is access to the Fly bridge via a curved stair way and access to the swim platform via 2 curved steps built in to the transom. From the swim platform you gain entry to the large garage which is big enough to store all necessary boating equipment. in the garage we have 32 V & 110 V lights 110 V wench to move water toys.  over head Crain to move toys. Rule 3500 bilge pump. fresh water wash down. and a seal lock door.

The expansive Fly Bridge is one of the high light of Next Deal. She has three custom helm chairs all new canvass and seat covers hidden freezer storage and a custom built fiberglass Bar with umbrella. Other equipment includes 8 man Avon inflatable life raft and hard bottom inflatable w/ outboard and davit. Electronics Furuno MU 120c multi purpose color screen. 2 PC's with proprietary GPS and nobeltec software. Furuno RD 30.Furuno GP37. Horizon VHF. Robertson Autopilot. Engine synchronizers. Rudder angel indicator.
