Excellent opportunity to own an 80’ Hatteras Cockpit Motor Yacht. “Sheer Luck” has an
excellent layout for entertaining with space for all the toys. She will accommodate 6 guests
in 3 comfortable staterooms with en-suite heads. Forward crew quarters for 3-4 with head &
stall shower, stack-able washer/dryer and dinette area. Aft is the entrance to the full sized walk
around engine room. Back on deck you will enjoy a spacious pilot house with seating and great
electronics. Sliding doors on both sides will allow quick access fore or aft. Stairs will take you to
the grand fly bridge with plenty of seating, 2 davits for tender and water toys, extra deep freeze,
Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer & Wet Bar. Back down and behind the pilot house is the full galley
with stainless steel appliances and beautiful teak floors. Heading aft is the main salon with
excellent views and double doors leading to the large aft deck. Down one level will take you to
3 large staterooms with full heads and individual air handlers for each stateroom. Back up on
deck and past the aft entertainment area, stairs will safely take you to the large cockpit with day
head, Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer, electric grill, cockpit docking controls and plenty of storage.
 

Accommodations

SHEER LUCK has a five stateroom layout, three guest and two crew. There are two crew cabins forward that are accessed through the pilothouse. One has a queen berth the other has bunk beds. The crew cabins share a common head and shower. In the crew area there is a galley and settee. The crew are would make a great area for guests or children for an Owner/Operator. The main engine room access is via the crew area.
The master and two guest staterooms are accessed via a stairway from the salon. The master is aft with a queen berth, lots of storage and closet space, a work desk and plenty of drawers. The master head and shower are spacious,
The guest staterooms consist of a queen on the port and twins to starboard. Both have ensuite head and shower.
All of the A/V equipment is new in the staterooms.
All of the staterooms are light and airy.

Main Deck

SHEER LUCK has a traditional flush deck arrangement. The pilothouse is forward with wing doors allowing access to the walk around decks, a bench seat and a newly decorated pilot station containing all of the nav equipment and controls. 
Just aft of the pilothouse is the galley with newer appliances and counter tops. The galley has a large window offer lots of natural light.
Further aft is the main salon. New decor, furniture and a/v equipment brings a comfortable, homey feeling to the salon. Large windows offer lots of natural light.
The aft deck is accessed through doors in the rear of the salon. New teak tables and decks highlight this space. 
The cockpit is accessed through the aft deck. A new sauna was installed and is accessed via the cockpit.
