Overview

"Pier Pressure"  shows much newer than her age with the magnificent mahogany and teak interior. She is a "Condo On The Water".  This 53' Classic is a Must See before all others.  She's the perfect live aboard or for extensive cruising and sellers are Ready To Move to the next chapter of their lives.   

This fresh water, bi-level, 3 stateroom 3 head floor plan is ideal in a yacht of this size and the split, walk in engine rooms are a Hatteras trade-mark.

The bottom is maintained by a diver who cleans and inspects regularly.  Sellers have a report from the diver that was done for insurance showing bottom to be in good condition.

Enter the salon from the port or starboard sliding doors and forward you will find the lower helm, electrical panels, helm seat and electronics. Aft deck is accessible through sliding doors in main salon giving even more living or entertaining space.

The hardtop aft deck is spacious and protected with zip up isinglass. There are port and starboard wing doors to access the side decks to go forward. The aft deck has a table and chairs, cabinet with ice maker, chest freezer and the ladder to the flybridge. 

Forward down from the main salon to the salon leads to the galley with LED lights, large booth dinette table to starboard, microwave oven, 4 burner electric stove top, large SS sink and mini size refrigerator.  A spacious workspace that is bright and airy.  Galley and hallway has wood floors.  The new Westerbeke, 12kw generator with 440 hours is accessible from the sole of the galley. 

Forward from galley you will find stateroom with stacked berths, separate head and laundry center.

Mid-ship VIP stateroom has two twin beds and a large closest.

Aft Master Cabin has a queen, large closet and tons of storage.

The two baths midship and aft share a shower.  Separate heads with doors going into a Jack N Jill shower in the middle.
