Three Joys is an updated and well-maintained 70’ Hatteras Motor yacht with the popular enclosed aft deck layout.

The five-stateroom/five head layout, along with the spacious aft deck, gives unexpected comfort and livability for a yacht this size.

She shows well and is ready for cruising and enjoyment and is currently in Hilton Head Island ready for immediate inspection.

Entering the salon through the aftdeck door, you will find a sofa and coffee table to port, two lounge chairs with ottomans to starboard, cabinetry starboard forward and a dining table forward.  Then walk through a forward door to the galley, which is to port and U-shaped settee to starboard.  Walk forward into the pilothouse with a full console forward, benchseat aft and side deck access doors on each side.  There is a spiral staircase to the flybridge starboard aft and a stairwell starboard forward down to the staterooms.  There is a forward guest stateroom and then another guest stateroom to port, with head to starboard, which also serves as a dayhead, and a hatch down to the generator room.  Step down to the guest companionway and find the washer and dryer in a locker to starboard, followed by a generous linen closet and then a port mid stateroom and head to starboard, separate engine rooms, a port aft guest stateroom and head to starboard and then the full beam master stateroom all the way aft.

Three Joys offers five staterooms and 5 heads.  Three of the heads offer showers and the master stateroom offers a Jacuzzi tub/shower.  The huge full beam master stateroom is aft with an ensuite head.  There is a guest stateroom port forward of the master and aft of the engine rooms with over/under bunks and a head to starboard.  There is another guest stateroom to port forward of the engine rooms with side by side berths and a head to starboard.  There is yet another guest staterooom further forward to port with side by side berths and a head to starboard.  Finally, there is the fifth guest stateroom all the way forward with ensuite head. 

The full beam salon offers huge amounts of natural light due to the large side windows and aft window and door.  There is a sofa with coffee table and two end tables (one with wine storage) to port, lounge chairs, ottomans and a table with lamp to starboard, buffett cabinetry with wine storage starboard forward, a dining table forward, new carpet, new wall covering, valances and blinds, Phillips 52" flat screen TV and Sony DVD Home Theatre system.  There is also a buffett cabinet with storage forward.

All the galley appliances and sole were replaced in 2009.  There is a U-shaped settee to starboard and there are windows on each side of the galley.  The table for the starboard settee was removed but saved by seller in storage.

Dining is offered at the dining table in the forward salon and on the flybridge at the wrap-around aft seating with table.  The galley settee also has a table that was removed by the seller but saved in storage.

The aft full-beam master stateroom offers a king size centerline berth, nightstands with storage drawers, 6 portlights and 2 large transom hatches for loads of natural light and ventilation, built-in vanity starboard forward and a free standing desk port forward, storage cabinets and drawers on both sides and forward, cedar-lined walk-in closet and carpet.  There is also rope lighting under the bed and behind the valances.  The head with shower and tub, new flooring, granite counter top and 2010 Vacuflush toilet is starboard forward. 

The forward guest stateroom offers over/under bunks, ensuite head with enclosed shower, granite counter top and 2010 Vacuflush toilet, 2 portlights and an overhead deck hatch for plenty of natural light and ventilation, storage drawers, storage under the steps, hanging locker, carpet, reading lights and a Sony Bravia flat screen TV with Desay DVD player.  There is also additional storage in a locker easily accessed above the head.

The port forward guest stateroom offers side by side berths with a night stand between them, carpet, side window, cedar-lined hanging locker, storage under the berths and a Vizio flat screen TV.  The head with enclosed shower, new flooring, granite countertop, wall coverings, faucets and fixtures, and 2010 Vacuflush toilet, is to starboard.

The port mid guest stateroom offers side by side berths with a nightstand between them, 2 portlights, storage drawers under the berths, cedar-lined hanging locker, carpet and drapes.  The head with enclosed shower, granite counter top and 2010 Vacuflush toilet is to starboard. 

The port aft guest stateroom offers over/under bunks, cedar-lined hanging locker, storage drawers and cabinets and a Pandigital flat screen TV.  The head with granite counter top and 2010 Vacuflush toilet is to starboard.

 The Bosch Axxis washer and dryer, located in a locker in the guest companionway, were installed in 2009.  There is also a generous linen closet just aft of the washer/dryer locker.

The pilothouse offers a full console forward, elevated benchseat aft (with chart storage and foot rest), side deck access doors on each side and a spiral staircase to the flybridge.  There is also a new Maple sole and additional storage for drinks port aft.

The enclosed aftdeck offers glass windows on each side, Stratoglass curtains aft, a salon door forward, air conditioning, wicker deck sofa, lounge chairs, ottoman and side tables, cabinetry with granite counter top forward, carpet over non-skid deck, Scotsman under counter refrigerator and a JC flat screen TV.  

Three Joys' huge flybridge is a great entertainment area and offers a full console forward, new windscreen and new Bimini and Eisenglass/Stratoglass enclosure in 2011, 2 newly reupholstered helmseats, new carpet over non-skid decks, new stereo and speakers and a wetbar with a Jenn-Air grill, stainless steel sink, Scotsman under counter refrigerator, KitchenAid ice maker and bar stools.  There is built-in, wrap-around, reupholstered seating with a dining/coffee table aft.  The Bimini covers the flybridge forward of the arch.  The tender and davit are aft of the wrap-around seating.
