Overview
This vessel is built as a 44-foot Hard Bottom Inflatable boat designed by C. Raymond Hunt and built by HBI, LLC. This boat employs the standard hull mold owned by HBI with custom modifications as specified below:
Length 44’, including an aluminum Armstrong outboard bracket mounting twin Yamaha 350 four stroke motors. Motors are placed to facilitate a boarding platform outboard of the motors allowing docking directly astern. Accommodations below include a luxury head and saloon with seating convertible to an occasional bunk. On deck cabin is enclosed three sides to allow air conditioning and heating. This space includes seating for two plus driver allowing full visibility for seated passengers. Outside accommodations include two opposing settees and an aft sun pad (54” by 78”) with settee forward. Sun pad has removable extension cushions to make the sun pad full width. Transom area includes direct access to swimming platform and stern gangway. Swimming ladder is provided. Boarding is possible directly over the bow, on either side and directly aft using stern gangway. Railings are removable.
Overview
Sunrise at Nikki Beach was purposed designed by Naval Architects and HBI Boats for a very experienced Mega Yacht owner. Taking this into consideration, safety, comfort and range were the paramount concern. After a considerable time, Sunrise at Nikki Beach was delivered to her owner and spent a couple of seasons with the 170' mother-ship. The cost of this custom tender is staggering and at the price offered currently, this reflects less than a third of the original purchase price.

Yacht Specifications
Hull Type
Hunt Design Deep Vee Hull with heavy duty stringer system laminated with Pro-Set epoxy adhesive and integral lifting strakes. Lamination Schedule of hull: gel-coat, ½ Oz matt, 1 ½ oz matt, two layers 3610 fiberglass, ¾” divinicell core material in flat areas of hull, keel solid glass, ¾” thick, two layers 3610 fiberglass interior skin. Transom the same outer skin, with core material Penske Board, two layers laminated with twin integral layers of 3610 fiberglass between core boards, finished with two layers 3610 interior skin.
Deck Layout
Self-bailing flush deck cockpit with engine mounted on Armstrong bracket, full width transom with step to outboard bracket swim platform, Sun Pad aft, Settee shaped seating facing forward of Sun Pad, Settee seating facing each other to starboard and port with passage between, under top seating starboard and port providing excellent visibility, steering station and access to cabin. Cabin is enclosed on three sides, glass windshield, deckhatch access to fuel tank fittings and clean-out plate. Sun-Pad hinged on forward edge, opening aft on hydraulic struts, providing access to generator and mechanical components in forward compartment under removable cover and open luggage and/or dive gear storage aft with drainage. Storage area is finished Awl-Grip. Courtesy trays with cup holders are provided at seating in cabin pilothouse area and other areas as appropriate. Companionway door to cabin is bi-fold with magnetic hold-open fittings. All cleats on deck are pop-up type. Lifting rings along the coaming allow lifting of the boat.
Cabin Top
Cabin top engineered to accept mast for rigging two flag halyards, 360 degree white light
and antennas, spotlight, provide mounting for safety gear (throw-able life ring
with smoke and light, EPIRB)
Accommodations
Cabin with easy access companionway, seating for four, private head with sink and holding tank, convertible settee to bunk, overhead hatch. Head counter is stone with ceramic sink under. Head sole is Pirelli flooring and the cabin sole is carpet.
Finishes
Hull is Gel Coat. Deck, Cabin, Cabin Top and interior surfaces are Awl-Grip, of various levels of gloss. Cabin sole is Awl-grip non-skid. Metal work is powder-coat and Awl-Grip.
Color Scheme
Jet Black hull, Light Gray Awl-Grip deck and sole, Trim is Awl-Grip finish.
Railings
Railings are carbon fiber. P-type removable railings for boarding areas: aft under the end cabin top, on outboard bracket and over the bow, forward. All boarding areas over tube to have heavy, non-skid treads on tube. Railing provided on aft edge of sun-pad at foot height. Flag socket for ensign to be located on starboard aft area of coaming.
Tube
Two color tube, Arctic Gray upper and Black Lower, constructed of Orca 866 heavy-duty Hypalon with 9 chambers, full length interior grab straps, with repair kit and foot pump.
Hardware
Two bow towing eyes rated for offshore conditions, four lifting eyes, two bow cleats and mooring facility aft, hand holds, U-bolt attachment points under the tubes amidships, above the waterline on both sides, all to be stainless steel. Towing facility is ¾” 316L stainless steel plate with two holes for shackle connections with internal support built in hull, approximate working load of the towing plate is 65,000 lbs.
Lighting
Navigation, courtesy lights and general illumination lighting will be LED. Switches are located near where systems are employed.

Outboard Bracket
Bracket to be Armstrong Nautical Products outboard bracket. Bracket is engineered to prevent water slap caused by waves hitting flat surfaces under the bracket, boarding access on port and starboard outboard of engines, facility is provided to mount fenders on after edge to allow backing into a boarding quay without damage, swim ladder connection fittings are located both port and starboard.
Mechanical
Fuel capacity is approx. 500 gallons with access to fittings through hatches under seating areas, hydraulic steering with twin cylinders, large capacity fuel filters with water separator, three battery system switch, 12 VDC and 110VAC system with diesel generator with fuel for approx. 48 hours, heating and air conditioning, approx. 50 gallon fresh water with exterior hand shower located aft and wash down connection located forward in anchor locker, automatic bilge pump with Ultra-Safety Systems (Senior) float switch, Bennet trim tabs. Windshield is fitted with one windshield wiper with washer system. An engineering space is forward of gas tank.
