Overview

Large blue-water cruiser, spacious live-aboard with a lot of storage, needs some TLC. Excellent open plan interior with large galley, 3 cabins plus crew quarters/storage room, genset, watermaker and A/C. Irwins are renowned for their large center cockpits, comfort and easy living conditions while maintaining excellent cruising capabilities. The price includes yard fees of circa $25,000.00.

 Center console cockpit is spacious and comfortable. Fold down teak dining table seating four comfortably.   Navigation equipment includes magnetic compass with Furuno 16 mile radar, auto-helm and two VHF radios.  The helm station has a stainless steel wheel and depth gauge. Engine gauges for Tach, Oil and Temperature.

Galley

 Plenty of room for preparation of wonderful meals.  Equipment includes Force Ten, 3 burner with oven and a Norcold freezer/refridgerator.

 Luxurious full width stateroom with en-suite Bathroom, featuring an electric head board separate stall shower/tub.  Enjoy space and comfort while traveling the big blue ocean.
