Walkthrough

Boarding the JOHNSON 108 is from the extra long swim platform, from a floating dock or onto the spacious Aft Deck via port or starboard side deck FRP doors from a fixed dock.

The swim platform is covered with teak and has stainless steel hoop rails allowing for safety at sea.  Twin four step staircases lead to the teak covered Aft Deck with both loose and fixed seating around a boat shaped dining table.  The main deck Day Head is aft and accessed only from the Aft Deck.

Centerline doors lead to the spacious Salon with an unusual but practical arrangement with the dining table for six aft on the starboard side and seating for up to seven on the portside.

Forward is a four place two level bar which is the focus of the Salon area.

Forward to port is the full galley able to be closed off from the Salon and with its own side deck entry door.

Forward to starboard is the Accommodation Foyer with stairs to below, access to the doghouse and most forward the entrance to the opulent two level Master Suite.

The king size berth is on centerline facing forward with twin nightstands, vanities and a popup TV at the foot of the berth.  Stairs to both port and starboard lead to the lower level head with twin vanities, two hanging lockers and private toilet and shower compartments.

The lower level accommodations include a queen size VIP en suite Cabin all the way forward.  Next aft to port is a twin lower berth cabin with a private head and shower.

Further aft approximately midship are two identical cabins with athwartships double berths and full heads with stall showers.

Remarks

The JOHNSON 108 was custom built and delivered to a client in Asia who could not use her as intended.

In late 2018 the yacht was brought back to Johnson Yachts for a refit and refreshening of her interior and exterior soft goods.

The yacht is now stored inside the shipyard awaiting her new owner.  It should be noted that while the yacht was built for 50 HZ service, she could be refit with all 60 HZ equipment to make her fully functional without a frequency converter.  This job would be undertaken by the same people who first built her and would be undetectable from new.

Another simple option would be to install a frequency converter, but an electrical refit while at her original build yard would be a rare opportunity.

Either way this like new yacht is very seriously for sale.

Exclusions

While every effort was made to list all pertinent included equipment aboard JOHNSON 108, there are some personal belongings aboard.  Prospective purchasers should assume any item not specifically mentioned herein will not convey at closing.
