Description

She is easily handled by a couple and has ample seating for many guests. Her underwater exhaust reduces smoke and diesel smell.

"Killer Bee" is a great soft riding, easily driven yacht and best of all, she has a distinctive downeast line that separates her from most look alikes on the market. The 40' Legacy rides a traditional lobster yacht hull, with round bilges and a full keel. It will outperform a hard-chine planing hull in the semi displacement speed range. These boats have very comfortable motions in a seaway, making them a delight to be on board offshore.  With only 2681 original hours on her CAT diesels, she runs very well and is economical.

Deckhouse

The deckhouse offers seating for 8 under the top and features an aft facing upholstered settee with cover. There is an "L" shaped settee to port and a single helm seat. Both have custom canvas covers. to starboard there is a double helm seat with shelved storage under that a Teak rimmed stainless steel wheel. Both the helm seat and the helm area have custom covers. Also, there is an aft facing seat.
