Overview

"Little Latitudes" has recently returned from Summer on Long Island Sound and is powered by a 3126 Caterpillar Diesel (300HP). She has a bow thruster, trim tabs, autopilot, windlass, new full ensclosure of the flybridge  and much more.  It features a spacious two cabin arrangement with large head and stall shower, full galley with propane stove and lower station.  It has been maintained by an extremely knowledgeable owner and is one of the nicest 390 Mainships.  

Hauled, painted, and new zincs in October, 2015.

Accommodations

"Little Latitudes," has a spacious cockpit with easy access to the swim platform through a wide transom door. Access to the fly bridge is safe & exceptional with a molded stairway on the starboard side. Access to the main cabin is through a sliding glass door with a screen.  The cabin is arranged with a dinette to starboard, lower station just forward and the entertainment area to port, with a galley just forward.  Down 3 steps at the forward end of this cabin, the head is starboard and the guest cabin is to port, with the master in the forepeak.

Main Cabin

The main cabin is light & airy.  It is decorated with teak trim paneling and teak flooring, for easy maintenance, along with Corian counter tops. The dinette has a high/low teak table. The couch has been removed & wide based swivel easy chairs along with a custom tropical carpet create a roomy salon.  An entertainment center is located aft on the port side of the cabin.

Broker's Comments

The 390 Mainship is well known as one of the better cruising packages in its' class.  It has many outstanding characteristics unavailable in other vessels this size and is an "outstanding" value.
