Overview
Maritime Skiffs have a traditional New England look combined with modern construction techniques. A fiberglass box grid system and surrounding space are completely foam-filled, making the boat unsinkable and quiet. Rounded bow adds boyancy forward with increased usable interior space. External keel improves tracking, adds strength and protection to the bottom. Oversized chimes adds lift and deflects spray. The boat's rounded and raked transome deflects following seas much like Coast Guard surf rescue boats.
