Overview
Lady Augustine, a 2013 Marlow-Hunter 36 Sloop is one of the first models to benefit from Hunter's new ownership and a redesign with David Marlow's influence and goal of raising the bar for this very successful 36' Sloop model. This is one of the very few "newer" models to become available on the brokerage market. Most noticeable in the re-design is the new sleek cabin profile, made possible by the new and larger cabin windows plus fixed deck port-lights above the forward section of the salon; making her light and bright below.

Honey-toned satin-varnished teak cabinetry below with a well-equipped U-Shaped sea-going Galley and an enlarged Private Master Aft Stateroom with a King-size berth, larger Dinette table that has been re-engineered to convert easily to a double berth, and an innovative fold-out table in the middle of the Port Settee provides optional seating for two with a table in between, or more with the table recessed, as well as a single berth. The large private V-berth has teak cabinets and storage on each side as well as shelves that run along each side of the berth. Additional storage is available below the berth.
This 2013 Marlow Hunter 36 Sloop has a B&G Zeus Color GPS Chartplotter, Raymarine EVO linear drive Autopilot (2017), Raymarine digital Depth and Speed Displays, as well as a custom Sunbrella Bimini with integrated SS Arch over the Cockpit. Deck and Hull This 2013 Marlow-Hunter 36 Sloop features a cockpit that is 18" longer than previous Hunter 36 models, providing additional space to accommodate a larger cockpit table with center storage and two folding leafs; as well as a larger fold down rear helm seat which opens the transom up another 3 feet and functions as a boarding area, swim platform, and dinghy access. Engines The standard Yanmar engine offered for this model is 20hp, however Lady Augustine is powered with the upgraded Yanmar 29hp, 3YM30 diesel with less than 200 hours. The engine has a Racor fuel filter as well as a smaller filter, and is capable of pushing this 2013 Marlow-Hunter 36 sloop comfortably at 7 knots. Excellent Engine Access is provided by lifting the air-shock assisted hinged folding companionway molded staircase, as well as additional access panels on each side as well as from the Master Stateroom aft. |
