Laura II is a 2005 38' Marlow-Hunter in very nice condition.  She offers a Yanmar 40 HP auxiliary, Marine Air Systems reverse cycle air conditioning/heating system, Xantrex inverter, 2021 house batteries, 2020 West Marine tender, 2020 furling Mainsail, 2021 furling headsail, 2017 Raymarine Radar and multi-function display, 2021 Raymarine autopilot and much more.  Her third owners have enjoyed extensive cruising aboard since 2010, but they are ready to try different cruising in the future, so Laura II is now available for sale.

From the cockpit, you step down the companionway to find the galley starboard aft, master stateroom aft, head port aft, nav station to port, benchseat/berth/storage port forward and a wrap-around settee with hi/lo, double pedestal teak table starboard forward.  The guest stateroom is forward.  Auxiliary access is via lift up steps in the aft salon and lift off cabinet in the master stateroom.
