Overview

This 2013 63' Marquis Sport Yacht is an excellent example of a professionally maintained private motoryacht on the market and is maintained by a full time captain and crew. This vessel boasts almost every available option that can be added. No expense was spared when outfitting this vessel by the original and current owner. She comes outfitted with numerous upgrades including a dynamic positioning system by Volvo Penta, oversized 32 kw generator, FLIR thermal camera, 400 GPD Watermaker and many many more.

Overview

As you board the vessel from the teak hydraulic swim platform, you have the option of entering the cockpit up the stairs on either side of the vessel or entering the captain’s quarters through the transom watertight door.  The stairwell to port is molded fiberglass and allows access up to the covered extended fly bridge.  The bridge has a full helm station with dual Raymarine hybrid touch controls, Volvo IPS joystick at the helm and on a starboard wing station, BBQ grill, fridge, icemaker, and teak dining table with lounge seating.  From the cockpit, you can enter the salon through sliding glass doors.  The salon has white washed zebrano flooring with seating to port and starboard.  The salon also boasts a 50” Westinghouse flat screen tv with Bose surround sound connected to satellite television.  Forward of the salon is the lower helm station with an expansive array of electronics, navionics, stereo controls and radio.  Additionally, there is a dinette area with wrap around couch to starboard.  Heading forward to port, there is a cocktail bar with liquor cabinet.  From there you will step down to a mid-level galley with every amenity you could ask for to entertain with.  The next step down leads to the staterooms on board.  Heading forward, you will find a spacious VIP master stateroom with an elevated queen berth and private head.  At the bottom of the stairs is a day head that offers private access for a dual berth guest stateroom.  Headed aft, you will pass the washer/dryer combo unit before entering the master stateroom.  The midship, full beam master stateroom offers a queen size bed, private vanity and lounge area, large closet and numerous storage areas.  The master head is located behind the master stateroom.  The master head offers a full size walk in shower with rainfall shower head and teak accents as well as a large granite countertop with a raised wash basin sink.  There is not a spot on this boat that hasn’t been meticulously cared for and maintained.  This is an opportunity to own a nearly brand new boat that has had every aspect put into optimal performing condition.
