Vessel Walkthrough


Bella Vita is a 2009 69’ Marquis that is extremely custom & built to the original owners ideas. This vessel offers a three stateroom layout with the master being midship & each stateroom having a private head along with a crews quarters aft. Bella Vita is powered with Twin Caterpillar C-18 (1000hp), single generator, & is equipped with a water maker. The aft deck offers abundant room with a very spacious salon and no lower station. The area where the lower station would be positioned is a large u-shaped dining table which is utilized more often than a lower station. The current owner has made many upgrades throughout during his ownership. 

Bella Vita offers a lower profile hardtop to give the exterior lines a more euro design. There are three large profile windows for the master stateroom. The transom has four underwater lights & offers a teaked hydraulic swim platform for snorkeling or to load aboard a jet ski or hard bottom inflatable. The aft deck has a large high gloss teak table with seating & four deck chairs along with teak flooring. Just below the aft deck is a crews quarters. The salon is very spacious with four standalone recliner chairs and a sofa to the port that turns into a sleeper sofa. A new 46” LED TV is to the starboard and is on a lift. Just forward of the salon is the fully equipped galley and a walk up bar to the starboard. The bar offers dual drawer refrigerators and a wine cooler. Forward of this area is a u-shape dining table. 

Bella Vita’s lower level offers three staterooms and the master being midship. The master is designed very different than most 69’ Marquis with the master bed being positioned in the center of the room and being beam to beam in lieu of against the port wall. Plenty of cabinets on each side of the stateroom plus a sitting area and a full walk in closet equipped with a washer and dryer. The master head is a his and hers with the shower/tub between them. The VIP stateroom is in the bow with its own private head and walk in shower. The 3rd stateroom is to the port and was custom designed to have a desk on one side and then a bed and a pullman above the bed. This stateroom has private access to a dedicated head which is also utilized as the day head.

Bella Vita has a very large flybridge that is done in teak and offers air conditioning, full enclosure, a grill, full wet bar with refrigerator & ice maker, & updated electronicsincluding New Garmin screens, and radar along with New JL Audio speakers. The three helm chairs were replaced this season of 2015 with new Stidd chairs. The seating is very large with a nice size teak table.
