Overview

This Italian Designed Marquis 690 Sky Lounge offers the perfect layout with the spacious salon and outdoor entertaining areas - including a large aft deck with a custom built teak table and seating, air conditioned fly bridge with wet bar, icemaker and refrigerator, wraparound seating and dining table. Just outside the fly bridge is the upper sun deck with seating. Then there is the bow area with custom built reclining sun pads. 

Through the large sliding glass doors from the aft deck awaits the spacious salon. Inside, the beautiful leather seating contrasts with the rich cherry wood interior finish, providing a wonderful atmosphere with a hidden electric lift flat screen TV and surround sound entertainment system. In the center of it all is the fully appointed galley with stainless steel appliances that include a large dual sided refrigerator with freezer drawer, dish washer, flat top range, microwave, built in coffee maker and trash compactor. Opposite of the galley is the custom bar area with bar sink, wine cooler, sub-zero refrigerator and freezer drawers with ice maker.  This Marquis offers even more space with the optional forward dining area with wrap around seating and a large wood table.

The circular stairway will lead you below deck to the staterooms. To the aft is the very spacious master stateroom with soft white rope lighting throughout, a king bed, his and hers head divided by a large walk through shower and tub. Forward is the VIP stateroom with queen bed, double closets, flat screen TV, private head with shower. The guest room is located on the port side between the master and VIP with, twin beds, closet, TV, stereo, CD/DVD player, private access door to the day head with shower.

This super clean, excellent maintained Marquis is truly one of a kind. It is the only Marquis ever built and upgraded for a US Coast Guard COI "Certificate of Inspection" This yacht is routinely inspected for safety by the US Coast Guard and is charter ready. Added upgrades include emergency bilge pumps, custom stainless steel railing, state of the art fire alarm with smoke detection in every room and bilge with high heat detection in the engine room.
