CAPTIVATOR is part of the legendary fleet of Merritt custom sportfishing vessels. The 72' model is capable, manageable size and commands attention and respect dockside or underway. The cockpit, as you would expect is spacious, allowing for anglers and crew to work in harmony. The air conditioned mezzanine deck ads yet another dimension for the comfort of owner, guests, and crew. Up through the pneumatic door into the main salon and you will be greeted by old school craftsmanship in a most inviting setting. There is a spacious leather U-shaped couch and coffee table to port with entertainment center across to starboard, flanked by two occasional chairs. Off white carpet further softens up the salon with electric blinds that blend well with the decor. New headliner and carpet, 2019. 

Next forward to port is the open galley featuring granite counter tops with custom cabinetry concealing the appliances and storage spaces. Across to starboard is the dinette, with matching granite top. Forward on the same level, both to port % starboard are utility rooms - the one to starboard houses the electrical distribution panel and security control station. 

Down the center stairway you will find the master suite to port, with near king sized bed, athwart ships with two full wardrobes in aft area of cabin. The bathroom is forward and quite spacious. The first guest cabin is across to starboard, furthest aft and includes over and under berths with ample storage and closet space. Moving forward you will enter the bathroom that also services the second guest cabin cabin and acts as a day head with additional access from the companionway. This second guest cabin (or captain's quarters) has a double berth, with decent closet and storage space. The laundry and linen closet is across from the second guest cabin. The VIP stateroom is furthest forward with stacked berths in outboard section of the cabin. There is a single on bottom with full queen bed on the top. Generous closet and storage space is also accounted for. The bathroom is all the way forward. 

Now back to the cockpit and up the ladder to the air-conditioned, open flybridge. Three helm chairs and seating forward of helm will easily accommodate up to 10. The array of electronics is masterfully displayed. The tuna tower is an absolute must for serious fishing and has full set of controls and navigational aids. Back down to the cockpit and continue below to the engine room. It is laid out first with the two gen-sets port and starboard - then the CAT diesels, followed forward by the pump room. Everything is hard plumbed and is all finished with white Awlgrip paint. CAPTIVATOR is truly in remarkable condition throughout and will meet the demands of the most discerning candidate for this outstanding vessel.
