Overview

This 44' classic style yacht is one of only 20. It was designed by Tom Fexas, built by Choy Lee, and customized for northwest waters by the current owner of the past 19 years. The enclosed fly bridge is heated with seating for 5. Visibility from the helm is excellent in all directions. The aft deck is covered with built in lounge seating. The 8' Glass-Ply dinghy is easily launched with the electric davits off the stern.

Accommodations

The boat has a cockpit forward that seats 4 with easy access from inside the boat. It makes dropping the anchor a safe and simple task.

The salon features large windows with wood blinds, a raised teak dinette, two comfortable teak and leather lounge chairs and a galley with natural gas cooking, trash masher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave and pantry.

The entire interior and exterior of the boat is trimmed in beautiful teak for a classic traditional rum runner style yacht of the 20's and 30's. Forward from the salon is the master stateroom with King size bed and ample closet space. Forward from the master stateroom is the head with shower and electric toilet, and stateroom with two quarter berths, closet and access to the forward cockpit.

The boat is light and fuel efficient. The average fuel consumption is 7/10's gallon per mile at 20 knots. She has the power to slice through the water in most any conditions with her two Yanmar 350 horsepower diesels with a little over 600 hours. The engines are located under the aft deck for easy access. The engine upgrade included Herth V-drives, 2" shafts, drip less bearings, new struts and 4 blade props.

Other equipment and system include: anchor winch with 120' of chain and stainless steel plow anchor, radar. GPS, 2 sounders, VHF, 3 bank battery charger, 2500 watt inverter with 8 6volt deep cycle batteries, 4KW generator, and 2 heat pumps.

She has been boat house kept and is in excellent Bristol condition. She's an absolutely beautiful boat and turns heads where ever she goes.
