Walkthrough

Entrance to FIVE LADIES is via the swim platform and a hinged transom door and gate.  The spacious Cockpit has several deck hatches and Cockpit Engine Room access, rare for a 40’ boat!

The Salon is one step up and accessed via a hinged door slightly to starboard.

Upon entering the Salon is a double cabinet door storage locker followed by the yacht’s electrical panel.  Further forward is an L shaped settee.

To port is a large L shaped settee facing forward.

The Galley is one step down to port yet open to the Salon.  Next forward to port is a private Head with shower.

To starboard is the private Master Cabin.

All the way forward is a double berth to starboard.

The Flybridge is accessed via a ladder in the Cockpit.

Salon

Immediately to starboard upon entering the Salon is a two door cherry cabinet with shelves within.  Next forward is the two door AC/DC electric locker.

Above is a wood countertop with a carpeted overlay.  Next forward is a blue leather L shaped settee with storage below.

Outboard are fixed windows with both drapes and mini blinds.

On the forward bulkhead just ahead of the blue settee is a 32” Toshiba LCD TV and a Bose 321 AM/FM/CD/DVD player.

To port upon entering the Cabin is a larger L shaped settee covered in light brown leather with storage below.  There are large windows with drapes and blinds aft and outboard of the settee.

Also in the Salon is a carpeted sole, Bose stereo speakers and eight overhead LED lights.

A small nightstand is inboard.  Two lights over the berth offer ample lighting.

Two hinged storage cabinets are above the padded hull liner outboard of the berth.

Forward, at the foot of the berth is a storage locker with three shelves within.  Originally this was a hanging locker with an easy conversion back to same.

Remarks

FIVE LADIES is a nice example of the 40’ Mirage that was built on the 37/39 Bertram hull.

The original designer Dave Napier was hired to design a new super structure and bridge.

There are many improvements over to the original design including weight redistribution, prop pockets for reduced draft and more modern engines.  The QSM 11 Cummins are fast, fuel efficient and quite.  FIVE LADIES has very low hours and is ready to go!

Exclusions

While every effort was made to list all pertinent included equipment aboard FIVE LADIES, there are some personal belongings aboard.  Prospective purchasers should assume any item not specifically mentioned herein will not convey at closing.
