Miss Joanie, a Navigator Classic 50, is an exceptionally well maintained and beautiful motor yacht. With her full beam master stateroom with ensuite head, a forward island queen guest stateroom, a third bunk room and a shared guest head, her accommodations are very comfortable. Both heads have their own separate shower stalls and an apartment size individual washer and dryer in the master stateroom make it easy to living aboard for extended periods. Her helms are well designed and equipped and provide a great view for navigating. The pilothouse helm is accompanied by a large dinette and has easy access to the flybridge, the staterooms, the galley and salon and out onto deck through a sliding door to starboard. The flybridge helm has a large seating area for entertaining and access to the aft top deck and the davit and tender storage. The U-shaped galley has a large amount of storage and counter space and is open to the salon and lower helm to support entertaining. The spacious salon is nearly full beam and has a large sliding glass door for access to the cockpit and swim platform. 50' Navigator Walkthrough

Boarding Miss Joanie can be done via the swim platform and or cockpit into the salon or through the starboard side door amidships into the raised pilothouse. Once in the salon the entertainment center is aft on the port side with the dual recliner sofa adjacent to starboard. The two bar stools at the counter between the salon and galley are to port. Stairs up the starboard side of the salon lead to the centered pilothouse helm and dinette to port with stairs behind the lower helm up to the flybridge. The flybridge helm is to port with a two place bench seat at the helm. The large U-shaped seating wraps from port behind the helm around to starboard with a small refrigerator adjacent to the helm seat. A single seat if forward of the refrigerator. Access to the tender and davit can be obtained at the aft end of the flybridge seating area. Back at the pilothouse helm, a staircase along the starboard side leads to the staterooms. Once at the bottom of the stairs, the master is aft under the pilothouse with its ensuite head to port. The bunk room is forward to port from the master stateroom with guest head to starboard and guest stateroom forward in the bow. 

50' Navigator Accommodations

The accommodations on this motor yacht provide comfortable sleeping quarters for up to 6 people. The forward guest stateroom has an island queen with under berth storage and a large mirrored hanging locker to port. A private door to the guest head is to starboard. An overhead hatch provides natural lighting.

The bunk room with its two single berths is aft to port of the guest stateroom. A single portlight provides natural light and there is storage under the lower bunk and forward and aft entering the space. The guest head is opposing to starboard.

The spacious master stateroom spans the beam below the pilothouse. The ensuite head and separate shower stall is immediately to port entering the space followed by a wall of storage with two large hanging lockers at each end with 2 large cabinets stacked between them. Two portlights above the storage provide natural light to the space. The centered queen is to port with nightstands and lights on either side and a bookshelf on the aft wall. The individual washer and dryer units are located inside the aft wall of the master stateroom.

50' Navigator Salon

The near full beam salon is spacious and bright due to the maple cabinets and woodwork as well as large opening windows on both port and starboard and a large centered sliding glass door to the cockpit. The window curtains and wood venetian blinds (2011) provide shade and privacy. The hardwood maple sole (2008) with area rugs are in excellent condition. The large leather sofa with dual recliners built in, the small lounge chair and the bar stools provide ample seating in the salon. The entertainment center with Phillips DVD player, Direct TV Tracvision box, LG 21" flat screen TV (2010), Panasonic Audio Video Control Receiver and several speakers provide audio and video entertainment. The bar stools at the counter can be used for dining or socializing with those in the salon or galley. Along the starboard side is a storage cabinet and the circuit breaker panel forward of that.

50' Navigator Galley

The galley is located to port forward of the salon. The galley is open to the salon, pilothouse and dinette and the window above the sink opens allowing fresh air and natural light in.

The large raised pilothouse on this motor yacht offers a great place to navigate and entertain. The wrap around dinette with fold down Formica tabletop will comfortably seat 4 for dining or up to 6 for entertaining. The lighter maple hardwood flooring and large surrounding windows make the space bright and airy and provides great vision around the yacht. A tall sliding glass door to starboard allows quick access to the foredeck for line handling and anchoring.

50' Navigator Flybridge

The stairs from the pilothouse to the flybridge can be closed off with a large glass sliding door that has a snap on shade and screen for different seasons. Once on the flybridge you will be overwhelmed with the very spacious seating area and the great 360 degree views around the yacht. The helm is forward to port with a large bench seat and a single seat to starboard forward. A Level 110 AMP mini refrigerator with ice maker if aft of this single chair followed by a wrap around seating area that will comfortably seat 10-12 people. The entire flybridge is enclosed with a large bimini top and Isinglass with screens on opening panels, all in great condition (2007).

50' Navigator Master Stateroom

The spacious master stateroom spans the beam below the pilothouse. The ensuite head with Kohler sink with large mirrored medicine cabinet, Price Pfister faucet, Vacufluch Domestic SeaLand toilet (2008) and separate shower stall provide a private head for the master stateroom occupants. Aft of the head, a large wall of maple hardwood cabinets provide ample storage with two large hanging lockers at each end and 2 large cabinets stacked between them. Two portlights above the storage provide natural light to the space. The centered queen is to starboard with nightstands, storage and lights on either side and a bookshelf on the aft wall. The side by side Whirlpool washer and dryer units (2013) are located inside the aft wall of the master stateroom. The stateroom is carpeted with light maple hardwood paneling throughout. 

50' Navigator Guest Stateroom

The island queen of the guest stateroom is the centerpiece of this space. A large overhead hatch provides natural light to the space and large under berth storage as well as a mirrored hanging locker provide ample storage for guests. A private door to the guest head is to starboard. The guest head has a Kohler sink with large mirrored medicine cabinet, Price Pfister faucet, Vacufluch Domestic SeaLand toilet (2008) and separate shower stall. 

50' Navigator Bunk Room

The bunk room with its two single berths is aft to port of the guest stateroom. A single portlight provides natural light and there is storage under the lower bunk and forward and aft entering the space. The guest head is opposing to starboard.

50' Navigator Laundry

The navigators laundry features individual Whirlpool washer and dryer (2013) built into the aft wall of the master stateroom.

 

50' Navigator Cockpit and Swim Platform

The large  carpeted cockpit (2012) and swim platform on this motor yacht provide another nice outdoor area. The lazarette provides access to the engine room and below deck storage. A SS sport diver swim platform ladder (2008) is stored in the transom wall inside the cockpit along with a freshwater hot & cold shower, cable TV and shore water hookup to port and large transom door to starboard. The rear view camera is mounted in the overhead of the cockpit. The foredeck can be accessed from the cockpit via narrow walkways on both port and starboard. The large swim platform has three aluminum rails along the stern for ease of boarding via the tender.
