Step on to this great Neptunus  55 by a molded step onto the aft transom space where the Freedom Lift and dinghy is located.  Turn and enter the aft deck through a transom door into the aft deck complete with built in seating, molded steps to the flybridge, stereo aft deck controls and a sun screen aft deck enclosure.   Step through a large stainless steel and glass door to the interior of the salon filled with leather seating, birds eye maple cabinetry, TV and KVH controls.  There is abundant light with the large windows and light colored carpet and green sofas.  Continue up two steps to the galley and dining area.  Being that this Neptunus is a one helm yacht there is a great space for dining and cooking.

Forward and down straight ahead is the master stateroom  with a queen size island bed.  To the port side is two twin berths adjacent to the hall head.  To starboard is the guest modified queen. 

From the aft deck take the molded steps to the flybridge where you will find the helm, seating area adjacent to the helm and the aft flybridge seating/entertainment area (TV)

Access to the engine room is via a lazerette door at the aft deck.

Salon

The salon is very open and light with a leather oval sofa to port and sofa seats to starboard.  Carpet is a light sand tone which accents the high gloss birds eye maple.  Within the salon is the TV cabinet , KVH control station,storage and custom window coverings.  The salon has it's own ac zone and all windows tinted in 3M film to help with solar gain and allows the salon to maintain cold temps 

Galley

Sub Zero refrig and frzr with custom maple doors.  Excellent storage with overhead cabinets, Panasonic microwave/convection overn, Whirlpool 4 burner glass cooktop, Exhaust fan above the cooktop, a large galley sink forward to enable a great view out the forward windows.  Green Corian countertops with the same Corian accents in the maple wood floor at the Galley.

Master Stateroom with Head

The master stateroom is forward with a centerline queen with two portal windows to starboard and port along with an overhead skylight with shade. A makeup desk with tilt up storage area adjacent to a full length dressing mirror.  Beside each side of the bed are lighting controls and great views of the Samsung TV.  The on suite head has matching Corian, brass fixtures, dometic/sealand vacu toilets, halogen lighting and a full size circular shower with curved shower door.  The closet is cedar lined for clothes storage and additional storage is below the bed as well.

Port Stateroom and Laundry

The port stateroom has two large full twin beds (6'8" length).  Each bed has it's own lighting control.  Two port lights bring in natural daylight with draw string window covers and a cedar lined closet for clothes and storage.  The laundry washer and dryer are located right outside of the stateroom between stateroom and head directly accessed in the hallway.

VIP Stateroom

Accessed from the main hallway and one step down to starboard is the VIP stateroom.  There is a Queen bed with 2 large port windows with coverings.  There is a large hanging closet in front of the bed and an adjacent full length mirror as well.  Access to the battery panel is behind a wall panel above the queen bed. 

Fly Bridge

The fly bridge on the Neptunus 55 is what every cruiser wants.  Plenty of space to spread out and a full enclosure ( with roll up smileys)on 3 sides and top.  A hard top forward with a bimini extension aft above the entertainment area.  Forward in the FB is the helm with a custom built in captain's chair with a instrument console to include, VDO engine info clusters, high water alarm panel, Furuno Navnet VX2 (x2) with radar function, GPS, AIS send and receive,  Furuno autopilot, Vetus bow thruster control, Ray Marine speed, depth and wind.  Trim tab controls at the console as well as rudder indicator by Raritan, Rayline Searchlight Control and an 8" bell.  For visibility overhead (and some extra breeze) is a skylight, Halogen lighting in the hardtop, Kenwood stereo. Behind the captains chair is extra seating, a Norcold refrig with sink above.  The entertainment area includes built in seating ( converts to a bed) around a (removable) table (with cup slots) facing a 38" wall mounted TV with a canvass cover.  What more can you ask for in a Bahama cruiser!

Engine Room and Lazerette

The Neptunus engine room and lazerette have the space of a much larger vessel which will make maintenance much more pleasant than crawling in other boats of the same size.

The lazerette contains a 40 gal Rheem water heater tank, Glendenning shore power cord system, Weterbeke 12kw (3269 hrs) with a separate  Racor filter system, Shadow Caster Control panel for underwater lighting, a stored Marquipt docks ladder, 110v lighting and two aluminum (painted) fuel tanks wit h a central sight gauge and valves with dual Racor filter system.

The engine room houses the NEW cooling tower and pumps, a main and secondary holding tank with macerator pump, Rolair air compressor,  bonding taps for the shafts and shaft cooling with permanent shaft seals.  Xantrex 50amp 12 volt battery charger/ Charles 40amp battery charger, Heart inverter 12v/120vac, Groco oil change system for the Mann engines, Sealand waste discharge pump, Jet Rite pressure accumulation tank, Rule bilge pumps, Vacuflush system on port side of engine room, KN Filters on each Mann engine.  Engine room blowers/exhaust fans. Fire extinguishing system.
