Overview

That Girl is a 2014 Toro 60 Convertible by Nordhavn, whose reputation for high quality and ease of operation is well-earned, even in a vessel not typical of its trawler heritage. The deep-V, high-speed hull design, and powerful 1,150 hp Caterpillar C18 diesels provide impressively comfortable rough weather performance at the 25 kt cruise speed. A rare balance between offshore fishing vessels and family cruisers is attained through this clever design. An integrated swim platform will not snag lines while fishing from the huge cockpit, but also provides fantastic water access aft of a wonderful space for entertaining just outside the salon. From the cockpit, side decks to the bow are protected by stainless steel handrails, and the roomy flybridge is accessed via a staircase rather than a ladder. Inside, the two-stateroom, two-head layout is filled with light and beautifully appointed. This special vessel lives much larger than her length in many areas.
