Overview

“Tugnacious” is a beautiful 2000 Nordic Tug 37 that appears much, much younger than her age. This boat has been maintained beautifully by her original owners who are completing a lifetime of cruising. Since her launch, she has spent her life on a lift and under cover when not in use. The condition of her hull and superstructure reflect her superior care.

In all other areas, she’s been maintained meticulously.

For the Nordic tug lover looking to stretch for a larger boat, without the downside of a poorly maintained older boat, this is a must see.

Engine and Mechanical

Air conditioning:  Ocean Breeze, 12,000 BTU, front unit.  Ocean Air Marine, 16,000 BTU, rear unit.
Heater Craft auxiliary heater
Heat pumps with reverse cycle for cooling and heating.  The 12,000 BTU unit heats and cools the front berth, second berth, and bathroom.  The 16,000 BTU unit heats and cools the pilothouse and salon.

Heat generated when underway, from the engine supplying heat to the window defroster, additional heat to the pilothouse, bathroom, and passageway.
