Overview
MAYA is a rare Nordlund flush deck motor yacht. It offers tremendous living spaces throughout.
Highlights include: (3) staterooms, enclosed aft deck, walk-in engine room, Naiad stabilizers, hydraulic bow and stern thrusters, and two generators.
Nordlund Boat Company of Tacoma, WA is a family operated business with over 60 years of experience. 80' Boathouse in Tacoma may be available for separate purchase.
Layout Walk through
You can board this Nordlund through (2) different boarding gates on each side or from aft swim platform. The main deck level with teak decks features a Portuguese bridge forward with center gate, storage, and seating area with cushions. Walk-around decks lead aft, past each pilothouse door, through Lexan wing doors, into the aft deck area.
The salon is entered through double doors from the aft deck and features an arrangement of furniture, built-in cabinet forward, and entertainment center with a Samsung 4k TV. Just forward and up two steps is a dinette to port and the gourmet galley to starboard.
Up two steps is the pilothouse with the main helm, raised settee with folding table, and steps up to the flybridge. Teak and holly flooring can be found in the galley and pilothouse.
Just forward of the dinette is a stairwell leading down to the main companionway with a laundry closet, large storage closet, and a head with shower for the bow guest stateroom. The bow guest stateroom includes offset V-berths. The side stateroom features two single berths and an ensuite head.
The full-beam master stateroom is very large with a storage closet, lots of hanging locker space, many drawers for storage, a small settee, ensuite head with shower, and a doorway aft to the engine room via a short companionway with electrical panels.
The walk-in engine room can also be accessed from the aft deck by way of a ladder. It is very spacious and well laid out and includes a workbench.
