Overview

This owner in the last 24 months has spent over $50,000 on upgrades from mechanical to Ocean swim platform, new interior, and home theater to name a few.  The owner has a detailed log of every purchase with oil samples .  This one will surpass any of the other Ocean 40 SS when it comes to survey results.  Owner would like to move up to a 3 stateroom 50+ sport fish.

Accommodations

The Ocean 40 Super Sport has a unique layout unlike any other vessel in her class. Walking into the salon you notice Ocean's trade mark large salon space. The interior has a light Teak with Cream color leather soft goods. There is a large L shaped settee to port and across at the salon door is a angled cabinet with a U Line ice maker, ship's electrical panel and a storage cabinet above. Forward to Starboard in the galley and a U shaped dinette. The stairs to port lead to the two cabins. Amid ship is the master state room with a walk around Queen berth and an impressive array of hanging lockers and drawers. Because the master's unique amidship position and almost being full beam allows her to offer a stateroom size as large as sport fish master's in the 50-55 foot range. Forward is a joined head with an enclosed shower stall . The guest stateroom is forward with a upper and lower berth arrangement and the lower being almost a double bunk size. There are a number of drawers and a full length closet with access to the head.

Salon

Entering the salon through the starboard side sliding door immediately to your right is a U Line Ice maker incorporated with the electrical panel. There is a large L shaped settee with a Cream color leatherette to Port that one section has storage and the other section along the bulkhead has a pull out bed. There is also a small high gloss teak coffee table. Across is a single barrel chair with the L shaped galley and forward is a U shaped dinette with a high gloss teak table and seating for 4.

Galley

The L shaped galley to starboard side of salon has Corian counter top with a molded in sink and Grohe Faucet. There is a updated Haler refrigerator/freezer with 4 draws and a deep storage cabinet under the sink. A 2 burner Princess electric stove top is forward with a matching Corian cover top. Above along the forward windshield are two storage cabinets with a salon TV and to starboard are two cabinets which the lower one offers additional storage and the upper houses the Goldstar microwave.
