Every now and then a vessel arrives on the market that is truly special. It is very apparent that the owners of this yacht take great pride in maintaining her to very high standards. The hull shines, the engine room stands tall and the interior looks and smells great. No bad odors, no dings and scratches, no signs of neglect. Wherever you travel from to see this gem, you won't be disappointed.
The vessel is easily boarded from the wide cockpit gunwhales or by tender through the large transom gate. Wide side decks allow for quick passageway to the bow. Some forward deck features include Marquipt davit, Lewmar windlass, dinghy chalks and easy access to the chain locker.
The cockpit is truly a fisherman's dream. Highlights include a huge 15x11 unobstructed sole, Release fighting chair, tackle center, live well, refrigerated bait and fish box, and abundant rod storage.
The flybridge is easily accessed from the cockpit ladder. The commanding central helm boasts a large array of electronics and engine instrumentation providing the captain with a wealth of information. The two new ladder back helm chairs provide captain and crew with an unobstructed 360 degree view. A huge U-shaped seating area forward of the helm looks very inviting for guests. A three sided Eisenglass enclosure protects all passengers from the elements.
The salon is accessed through a sliding door forward of the cockpit. The interior looks new and smells new. The overhead is a light vinyl with recessed accent lights. There is an ultra soft leather settee to port with seating for eight. Across to starboard is a barrel chair and a high gloss hi/low table between. All the cabinets and wall coverings are a light teak with beautiful inlay accents. The sole is a light berber carpet with protective runners throughout. Other salon items include large Samsung TV with hidden storage locker behind, AC and DC distribution panel, wet bar with sink, ice maker, and liquor dispenser.
Forward of the Salon to port is the raised galley area. Highlights include four Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer drawers, Corean coutertops, 3 burner stove, dishwasher, compactor, and abundant storage.
Across from the galley to starboard is the dinette with pedestal table. You can almost taste the scrumptious meals that will be created in the very capable galley. All windows have UV tinting and tasteful adjustable window blinds behind beautiful floral valances.
Seven steps down forward of the galley brings you to the forward companionway. All the way forward is the VIP stateroom. Fetures include an island queen berth, two large cedar hanging lockers, JVC TV, beautiful teak interior, reading lights and an enclosed head with separate shower stall.
Midship to port is the second guest stateroom with two side by side single berths. Other items include numerous storage lockers, small JVC TV, hanging locker, and reading lights.
The companionway has large cavernous storage lockers above the staircase. There is also a closet housing the stackable washer and separate dryer and a third enclosed head with separate shower stall.
The master stateroom is aft of the staircase making the master the most central, stable, pleasant location to spend a quiet peaceful night.
There is a large island queen berth with cabinets on both sides with reading lamps. Forward of the berth is a vanity with numerous drawers and a recessed JVC TV with DVD player. There are generous hanging lockers and several accent lights.
The master head is to starboard and boasts Corean counter tops, wood laminant sole, large shower stall with molded-in seat and Vac-u-flush head.
