Overview
Sea Estate is a well maintained, classic sedan trawler that is turn key and ready to cruise the Great Lakes, Great Loop (again) or beyond. This two stateroom, single head trawler is powered by twin Perkins 135 hp diesel engines that economically cruises at 7 knots burning 2.5 gph. These engines are young with just under 2,500 hours. Her Onan 8 kw generator provides plenty of power while underway or at anchorage. The large covered aft deck and spacious upper deck provide plenty of usable outdoor space. This is a must see sedan trawler.
38' Oceania Walkthrough
Boarding this vessel can be done through the bulwark doors on either port or starboard onto the aft deck or from the swim platform through the transom door. From the aft deck you can proceed up the ladder to starboard to the upper deck, along the starboard covered walkway to the helm door or into the beautifully decorated aft double sliding doors. Once inside the main cabin you will find yourself in the salon with seating to starboard and a dinette to port. Forward on the starboard side is the large refrigerator and then the lower helm. To port is the L-shaped galley. The companionway to the berthing spaces is just off of the center line to starboard. In the berthing area the head with half tub and shower enclosure is to starboard, the guest bunk room is to port and the master stateroom is forward in the bow.
38' Oceania Accommodations
This vessel can sleep six to seven comfortably. The guest bunk room can sleep two comfortably but the lower bunk is larger than a single and could possibly sleep two. The master stateroom can sleep two as well in its centered queen bed. The dinette converts to sleep two.
38' Oceania Salon
The salon is in the aft section of the main cabin and consists of an
L-shaped dinette that seats four. converts to sleep two and two chair to
port. The floors throughout the boat are teak parquet and in good
condition. There are port and starboard side windows that open and are
covered with louvered blinds. A 15" flat screen TV is located in the aft
starboard corner of the main cabin by the double sliding doors which
has a detachable screen to provide additional natural airflow.

The lower helm has the basic equipment to pilot the boat. The following equipment is at the lower helm:

The L-shaped galley is forward along the port side of the main cabin and features Formica counter tops, teak cabinets above and below the counter and an opening window with louvered blinds. The Galley features the following equipment:

38' Oceania Master Stateroom
The master stateroom is located in the bow and features a centered queen berth with drawers at the foot of the berth, a hanging locker and storage cabinets to port, additional storage cabinets to starboard and a lighted make up table. The master stateroom has a private entrance to the head. There are two reading lights and two speakers above the berth, port and starboard port lights and an overhead hatch.
38' Oceania Guest Stateroom
The guest stateroom is to port in the berthing area and features a lower bunk that is larger than a single, a retractable single bunk above, reading lights, a single port light, a hanging locker, a small desk/nightstand with drawer and cabinets under the lower berth.

The head is to starboard in the berth spaces and features:
