PRELIMINARY LISTING!

The reputation of the Bill Crealock designed Offshore series of motoryachts has created a well-deserved following of loyal owners over decades of serious cruising. Sweetwater has been owned by two fastidious owners, who both receive high marks for proper care and maintenance of the vessel. 

The replacement of the main engines in 2002, installation of the keel extension, prop pockets, raised bulwarks forward, plus numerous updates in the past three years (see details below) make this listing one to consider. In short, these have been cruising improvements that bring this 1997 well-maintained vessel up to the condition of many later-model designs available on the market today.

DESIGN FEATURES

Deep and finely-veed forefoot, with flared bow sections and radiused spray rails.

Fully covered walk around side decks with deep, safe bulwarks.

Both upper and lower rub rails (lower capped with stainless steel trim)

Low silhouette and center of gravity.

Flush pilothouse exterior doors for watertight seal.

Large, low profile windows for excellent sit down visibility from within the vessel.

All exterior stainless steel is grade 316 and there is no exterior aluminum used on the vessel.

Double aft sliding doors with full glass windows.

Engine room access from forward in salon, as well as on the aft deck, before the salon entrance doors.

TV/entertainment center aft to starboard, with new Apple TV, DVD, audio/visual controller, new sub-woofer, new 32" HDTV (2015), Surround Sound, and Satellite DirecTV receiver.

U-shaped settee with expanding hi-lo table to port and reclining Ekornes chair to starboard.
