Overview

This boat is in excellent condition and has had recent upgrades. It is the more popular two stateroom, two stairwell layout. Powered by C-12 Cats with 700 horsepower.

Accommodations

Sleeps four in master stateroom and guest stateroom combined.  Pilothouse settee converts to a double berth.  Master stateroom and guest stateroom have private heads with separate shower stalls.

Guest Stateroom, Forward

From the pilothouse starboard forward is a staircase that leads to the private guest stateroom, forward.  She features a queen centerline berth with full head and shower stall.  There is an access door forward that leads to the passageway and washer/dryer.  To port is a large cedar lined closed with an abundance of storage cabinets to port and starboard.  To port is a TV with satellite receiver that stores flush with the cabinets.  
There are custom fitted linens, comforter, (2) port lights, and an escape hatch over the berth.  The spacious head has a large stand-up shower with door, Corian countertops, holly teak decks and two port lights.  110V outlets in head and stateroom.

Master Stateroom

Aft of the pilothouse to starboard is a staircase leading to the master stateroom.  This master features a raised Queen bed with custom linens and comforter.  At the base of the staircase, to starboard, is a large cedar lined cabinet with hanging locker.  On the aft bulkhead is a large dresser and another cedar lined locker is on the port bulkhead.  An abundance of storage is included in the master stateroom.  
In the head is an abundance of cabinets, an integrated bowl, and teak/holly decks.

Pilothouse

Access to the pilothouse is through sliding doors to port and starboard.  There are two helm chairs and an L-shaped couch with an adjustable table, which converts to a berth.  The decks are teak and holly.  To starboard is an under-counter refrigerator.  The electronics are mounted in a large console with chart drawers mounted in the table base.

Flybridge

The flybridge is up five steps from the pilothouse.  There is also a ladder from the aft cockpit for additional access.  There are two helm chairs with wrap-around seating and two tables.  There is storage beneath the seating, a built-in Isotherm refrigerator/freezer, sink, and faucet.  To starboard is a custom chaise lounge.  A semi-hardtop and electronics console with flush mounted electronics.  There are custom fitted covers for all electronics, seating, and tables.
