Overview

Extended cruising in luxury and safety is the basic concept for an Outer Reef Yacht. All Outer Reef Yachts are built to open Ocean Category "A" (wave heights 18-20' and sustained winds of over 40 knots. This 65' Outer Reef is a true bluewater cruiser, powered for fuel economy and long range.

ACCOMMODATIONS AND LAYOUT

MAIN DECK
  • Entry to the salon is via the aft deck double doors. A 5 seat settee with return, height adjustable dining table and ottomans and 3-seat breakfast bar

  • The pilothouse features a single STIDD helm chair upholstered in leather with banquette and table
  • From the pilot house stairs lead down to the accommodation deck or upstairs to the flybridge
FLYBRIDGE
  • The fly bridge features twin Nautihide STDD helm chairs
  • Sliding adjustable table is to starboard with a large fold out table (with additional leaves) to port
  • All instrumentation is fully functional from the flybridge including autopilot, engine controls, bow/stern thrusters and full navigation data display through the Raymarine E120 screen
  • The tender of up to 4m sits centered on its cradle with room for a second tender offset to starboard
  • 1500 lb Brower davit to port with extendable tip and cordless control
  • Bar fridge, ice maker, stainless steel BBQ and sink with hot and cold water
  • Access to the hard top is via stainless steel ladder which is stowed under the fly bridge dash when not required
LAZARETTE
  • Accessed via either one of the aft deck stair cases to the marlin board here a water tight door leads first to the crew area then into the engine room
  • The lazarette contains an enclosed cabin with twin bunks, a separate head, sink and a vanity with mirror is to starboard
  • Tools and equipment are stowed in cupboard space to starboard

  • Glendinning cable master shore power cable with 240v - 50 amp single phase connection

BROKER'S REMARKS

CUNEO was built to required Australian standards, and is a one owner yacht whose owner and family have a long history of yacht ownership. She has traveled from Australia to New Zealand and back and has exceptional range and sea keeping abilities. Her owner keeps the yacht in exceptional condition with a full time captain, and is strongly considering a much larger Outer Reef new build after his very positive experience with his 65’ Outer Reef.

Duties have been paid both in Australia and New Zealand.

EXCLUSIONS

Exclusions include all artwork and personal belongings, personal clothing, tools, flags, charts, records, all water toys (only one tender will remain), china, cutlery and glasses, personal navigation items, binoculars, fishing gear, fish smoker, hand held VHFs, clock and barometer in wheelhouse + any items to be specified at time of sale
