OWNER’S STATEROOM        
The luxurious carpeted aft cabin is configured with the double berth offset from the centerline, desk and large hanging locker with ample drawer and locker space and includes a document-sized safe and shoe rack. The 32” TV is mounted above the desk. Bevelled edge mirror inside cabin door. This cabin has its own companionway hatch entrance to the aft deck via a teak laid sliding hatch and glazed washboard.

The cabin features special large vertical non-opening ports set into the hull sides bringing in an abundance of natural light and a wonderful view of the ocean when at anchor.

There is access to the en suite aft toilet and shower located forward of the sofa to port. Removable stainless steel rail in shower stall for draining waterproofs. Clips in hanging lockers to store the rail. Laundry basket in heads compartment.

Forward of the Master cabin are two guest cabins, one either side of the corridor. Both cabins boast the triple vertical non-opening ports as in the owner’s cabin.

PORT TWIN GUEST CABIN                    
This cabin comprises twin lower berths with one removable Pullman berth, a hanging locker with four drawers under the berths and en suite heads and shower. Bevelled edge mirror inside cabin door. Removable stainless steel rail for draining waterproofs. Clips in hanging lockers to store rail.

STARBOARD DOUBLE GUEST CABIN 
The starboard side cabin comprises a double berth, hanging locker, two drawers under the berth and en suite heads and shower. Bevelled edge mirror inside cabin door. Removable stainless steel rail for draining waterproofs. Clips in hanging lockers to store rail.

One set of steps leads up from the aft passageway to the raised saloon. Access to this saloon from the cockpit is via a sliding, smoked, glazed access system and a set of timber steps with laminated timber handrails.

RAISED DECK SALOON        
The saloon features a large square shaped settee to starboard. The table is twin pedestal design with two individual coffee tables that electronically convert to a single large L-shaped table. To port is a serving area with icemaker and glasses cabinet.

Two sets of steps lead down from the raised saloon to the navigation area, mid guest cabin and forward crew area.

CHART TABLE                      
To port with aft facing chart table. Double plug. AC and DC electrical panels are located inboard of the navigator’s seat.

MID GUEST CABIN/MEDIA ROOM           
Doubling up as an entertainment suite, this en suite cabin has a sofa that converts to a double berth with removable pipe cot. 32” Apple TV and Blu-ray DVD player networked throughout the boat. V-SAT hub is located in this cabin. Shelf on bulkhead under TV for remote control stowage. En suite has stainless steel rail fitted in shower stall for draining waterproofs.

Forward of the navigation station and starboard of the mid guest cabin; there is a sliding door opening onto the crew area. This includes a beautifully equipped linear galley, utility area, engine room access, crew mess, and two forward en suite crew cabins and sail locker.

Accessible from the galley the engine room is immaculate with standing room, workbench, impeccable installation and labelling.

UTILITY AREA

PORT FORWARD DOUBLE CAPTAIN’S CABIN            
To port and forward of the galley is a Captain’s en suite double cabin with removable pipe cot, hanging locker and a bevelled edge mirror on the inside of the cabin door.

The berth has been raised to allow ample storage underneath and there is a combination keypad safe. En suite head/shower with stainless steel rail for draining foul weather gear. The 22” LG TV with overhead speakers is mounted on the forward wall. There is also a Fusion head unit that controls sound system and B&G Zeus touchscreen chart plotter.

STARBOARD FORWARD CREW CABIN                      
To starboard and forward of the galley is a twin bunk crew cabin with hanging locker, drawers and cupboards.  he en suite heads/wet-room has a stainless steel rail for foul weather gear and a watertight access door leading into forward sail locker.

PRESSURISED HOT AND COLD FRESHWATER SYSTEM           
Water supply is from two tanks totaling approximately 2120 litres. The GRP tanks are treated with inert gelcoat, fitted with baffles and provided with Polyvent covers.

Breathers are also fitted. There are two separate systems that can be integrated as one. In emergency the entire boat can run off either pump. UV filter in freshwater line, so that all freshwater passes through it.

BLACK WATER HOLDING TANKS
Two central Polyethylene ‘black water’ holding tanks are installed as standard for all five of the WCs. Each tank is configured for discharge below water with additional ability to pump out from deck. The tanks are fitted with electric tank capacity gauges.

910 litres total capacity – 370 litres forward tank and 590 litres aft tank.

GREY WATER                       
There are five grey water sump tanks each fitted with float switch and Whale Gulper pumps giving automatic evacuation of all showers and washbasins. The galley sinks pump directly overboard via a Whale Gulper pump activated by a Vimar rocker switch.
