ENGINE ROOM MACHINERY UPGRADES AND SERVICE

GENERATORS:
6/2015 Port Generator 1412 hrs. Starboard Generator 4761 hrs. 
Remove both heat exchangers and clean cores. Install serviced cores with new seals.
NOTE: Starboard generator has new heat exchanger installed. Both units were flushed and filled with new coolant, new radiator caps and new hose clamps.
New raw water pumps and seals, Port and Starboard generators.
New raw water hoses and hose clamps, Port and Starboard generators.
New exhaust hoses and clamps, Port and Starboard generators.
Valve adjustments were performed Port and Starboard generators.
Injectors were rebuilt Port and Starboard generators.
New air filter elements were installed, Port and Starboard generators.
Engine oil and filter replacements were performed, as were the fuel filters, with the Racors rebuilt, Port and Starboard generators.
All the old sound shielding was removed from generator enclosures and new sound shield insulation was installed Port and Starboard generators.

MAIN ENGINES:
6/2015 Port Main 2650hrs. Starboard Main 2654 hrs.
Remove and rebuild raw water pumps Port and Starboard mains.
Install new raw water impellers Port and Starboard mains.
Install new raw water hoses and clamps Port and Starboard mains.
Install new alternator belts, calibrate and torque, Port and Starboard mains.
Install new fuel delivery pump, Port main.
Install new zincs and radiator caps Port and Starboard mains.
Remove and service heat exchanger cores and install with new gaskets, and new coolant, Port and Starboard mains. 
Engine oil and filter replacements were performed, as were fuel filters, with the Racors being rebuilt, Port and Starboard mains.
Transmissions were flushed, strainers cleaned and new oil was installed, Port and Starboard transmissions.

MACHINERY AND SYSTEMS CONTINUED
6/2015 
Complete servicing of Water Maker, (60hrs.) including pump oil, all filters, and hoses and testing R.O. membranes.
Inspection and certification of Fire Suppression System and all fire extinguishers.
Install new Paragon Delta ship’s service fresh water pump and new accumulator tank.
Complete outboard engine service, new fluids, new water pump, new spark plugs, new lower unit seals and oil. Tender fuel tank cleaned and pressure tested.

Install new G.E. clothes washer and dryer.
Install two new bilge pumps, crew and mid engine room.
Install new LED lighting in engine room.
Install new Norcold flying bridge refrigerator.
Install new Medea crew freezer.
Install new Summit combination wine cooler/fridge in salon.
Install new flying bridge sink faucet.
Install new wiper blades on windshield wipers.
Install new A/C system control boards on all air handlers.
Install new A/C frequency converter.
Install new forward salon air handler.
Install new crew air handler and ducting.
Install new Port guest air handler.
Install new VIP guest air handler.
Install new A/C raw water pump.
Install new sight gauge tubes on port and starboard fuel tanks.
New Viking 8 man life raft with hydrostatic release installed.

Install new Head Hunters pump for sanitation system.
Install new Torrid marine hot water heater.

Engine room painted high gloss white
Install new insulation on A/C chiller hoses.

RUNNING GEAR AND BELOW WATER LINE
6/2015
Remove Port and Starboard props and shafts for overlay and calibration.
Precision 2-plane dynamic balance Port and Starboard props.
Micro -align Port and Starboard shafts.
Lap, fit and face couplings to shafts.
Install new cutlass bearings and hone struts.
Hand Lap and Fit props to shafts.
Prep and apply prop speed to shafts, props, struts and rudders.
Install new zincs.
Remove rudders and install new packing.
Install new transom swim ladder.

EXTERIOR PAINTING, CANVAS AND UPGRADES
6/2015
Stidd flying bridge helm chairs reupholstered.
New Stamoid covers for flying bridge helm chairs.
New Stamoid cover for aft deck bench seating.
New Stamoid cover for bow sun pad.
New Sunbrella bow windshield cover.
Port and Starboard salon mullions painted black.
Aft teak deck refinished and recaulked.
Entire exterior, water line to arch polished and sealed.
New custom mega braid dock lines with chafe guards.
New custom Mega Fend fenders and custom covers.
Fabricate and install custom fiberglass wet bar lid on flying bridge.

Pilothouse and galley trim painted black.
Pilothouse and galley windows recaulked.
Windshield wiper arms painted black.
Aft deck bulkhead painted white.
Entire flying bridge, windshield and arch recaulked.
New aft flying bridge hatch pneumatic rams installed.
New swim platform storage area hatch pneumatic rams installed.
INTERIOR UPGRADES
7/2015
Entire crew quarters aft, was removed and refinished with new cabinetry, headliner, decking, lighting, sink and faucet, custom mattresses and a new TV/DVD.
New headliner installed in salon, galley and pilothouse. 
New soft goods and linens installed in staterooms.
8/2015
New carpeting installed throughout the entire interior.
9/2015
Salon couch reupholstered, with new throw pillows.

ELECTRONICS AND ENTERTAINMENT

Software upgrades performed for Furuno chart plotters.
New flying bridge VHF radio installed.
New master stateroom HD TV and Blue Ray DVD player installed.
