Created in the tradition of the 38 SFX Convertibles, the 34 SFX is Phoenix Marine's response to sportfishermen who require interior comfort and cruising amenities in a serious fishing machine. An extensive list of standard features, two interior layouts, broad choices of gas and diesel power, and an array of optional accessories make the 38 a truly customizable boat. A generous 114-square-foot cockpit with a standard transom door is appreciated by sportfisherman. Phoenix engineers have spent hours cruising and fishing to create a large flybridge that affords excellent visibility while providing space for electronic gear. The flybridge provides a console that will house a complete array of built-in electronics. Its lockable instrumentation switch panel swings out for fingertip convenience and conceals nicely below the helm. A unique compartment on the flybridge provides plentiful storage for offshore trolling rods and reels, readily available to the cockpit and lockable for added security. Phoenix Marine's exclusive air induction system provides fresh air for both the flybridge and the cockpit. The salon, with its rich fabrics and bright laminates, is coupled with a galley and a master stateroom. With Interior Plan 1, the roomy salon has a large, convertible dinette to port and an L-shaped lounge to starboard providing comfortable seating for even the largest parties. By night, the salon can be transformed into a spacious sleeping cabin with generous accommodations for four adults; combined with a master stateroom forward, this makes the Phoenix 34 a true six-sleeper. Interior Plan 2 features a convertible L-shaped settee and counter-height bar with bottle and glass storage below. In this configuration, the 34 SFX sleeps four. The stateroom's island berth provides plentiful drawer storage below and two, full-length lockers. The 'home-sized' galley offers a refrigerator - freezer, stove and deep, two-level, molded fiberglass sink. The use of natural lighting, mirrors, pleasant colors and a separate stall shower with seat make the head and lavatory area of the Phoenix 34 SFX feel like that of a motor yacht. With a full 13-foot beam, the 34 shows refinements in Phoenix Marine's already proven hull design, from propeller pockets to a standard molded fiberglass bow pulpit.
