Overview
The “Farmer", a 54 Ricky Scarborough, is one of the finest boats on the water, she is a true masterpiece and the best design in an express for fishing or overnight stays. The hull is built for a super soft and dry ride. She is powered with twin Caterpillar C18s which makes for a fast and efficient cruise. Electronics include, North Star, Furuno, Icom, Simrad and many more.
Vessel Walkthrough
Starting from the stern of the boat, the very large and functional cockpit has teak covering boards and deck. The cockpit features a freezer, bait rigging station, engine room access, steps to the helm, 40 gal above deck live well and tackle center. The helm is raised and centerline aft, allowing you full visibility when at cruise as well as full view of the cockpit. On the port side of the helm area is a bench seat with storage and in front of the helm an L seat with storage, several tackle lockers and cabinets.
There are teak stairs as you head down to the cabin. On the starboard side is a large head and shower and on the port is the galley. Forward of the galley is a u shaped dinette and across from the dinette are two large over under bunks. The large forward Stateroom port and starboard are hanging lockers and on the starboard side there are two large bunks.
