Hull

This vessel, like all other Sea Hunters, has a full padded V-bottom hull design with a stepped transom.  This configuration makes for a 10 to 15 percent faster boat than one with a regular V-bottom or an abbreviated hull design.  The sharp entry (60 degrees) and deep vee at the transom (24.5 degrees), combined with oversize chines allows a smooth, dry, ride at any speed.
Hull is made with 100% vinyester resin, Kevlar, and core cell foam.  All open areas and voids are filled with 4 lb., closed cell, marine foam to make the boat quiet, as well as unsinkable.  The hardware is all 316 SS and the fuel tanks are 1/4" aluminum.
