The Sea Ray 280 Bow Rider has all the power and performance of her sister bow riders, plus a  cockpit layout for plenty of passengers. With large circular aft seating and up to ten guests can travel in style with space to spare for storage. In fact, the 280 Bow Rider features a bow seat and side storage, cockpit side panel storage, dedicated anchor storage with hatch, lighted floor storage with Diamond Plate flooring, and a glove box at the helm.. She is a perfect Boat for Family Pleasure or Entertaining. Perfect Sand bar Candidate.

0ne of Searay's most popular runabouts, the 280 Bowrider was the largest bowrider available from any manufacturer when first introduced in model year 1996.  Built on a smooth running deep-vee hull and weighing in at a hefty 6,400 pounds, the 280Bowrider has the size and bulk to handle offshore waters in relative comfort.  The interior is arranged with U-shaped lounge/sunpad forward and wraparound lounge aft in the cockpit and a wet bar with cooler,glass rack, and trash receptacle is positioned behind the helm and a lockable head compartment with sink and shower is below the portside helm console.  A tilt wheel and flip up bolster seat are standard at the helm.  An electrically operated engine hatch under the U-shaped aft seat lifts to reveal a well finished engine compartment.  Additional features include a fresh water washdown system, large under-deck ski stowage.

BROKER'S REMARKS:

 A well maintained and well kept boat, Plexiglass in enclosure has been recently been replaced and outdrives completely serviced.  This boat is pretty  much turn key and is a very versatile boat ready to Cruise, Dive, Ski, Fish, Island hopping or Lounging with Family/friends on the Mooring.

ENGINES/HOURS:  This boat is powered by TWIN 250HP Mercruiser I/O's and there are 250 and 258 Hours showing on  hourmeters. Engines were overhauled with New Blocks in 2013 according to seller and Outdrives were fully serviced recently.

 

CONDITION:  The boat is in very nice overall condition for a 1999.  Enclosure plexiglass is recent and in VERY good condition.  Some interior seating areas are in need of repair or replacement due to age. Hull is in great shape, the boat is clean, snap in cockpit carpets are in good condition.  OVERALL: Very good condition for the Size,Style and Price Range.
