Overview

'Downtime' is a great, original owner, 32' Sundancer featuring twin 5.7L 300hp Fresh Water Cooled Mercruisers with 290 hours, Kohler generator, Air Conditioning and Heat, RayMarine C-80 Chart Plotter, Radar combo and highly desirable Pewter hull color.
In the past year the following items have been replaced: Raw Water pumps, Fresh Water pump, Fuel Coolers, Front Eisenglass panels and Cockpit Carpets. 
She shows well and is turn key for the season!

Overview

Accommodations:

In the cockpit aft deck area there is comfortable seating for six, with a wet-bar, fridge and Bimini with full enclosure. There is easy boarding with extended swim platform to walk through transom door. Down to the main interior, finished in the optional cherrywood trim and cabinets is the salon with port side complete galley opposed to starboard by a sweeping settee that converts to a sleeper. Immediately to aft is the convertible conversation area to a double berth if needed. Forward is the master island double berth with ample clothes locker, below berth storage and entertainment center, central vac.

Galley:

Corian counter top with built-in two-burner electric cook plate with power ventilation, 12/120 volt refrigerator/freezer, microwave, large sink, coffee maker, ample cabinets and counter space.

Electronics:

Raymarine C-80 radar, color LCD screen GPS, NorthStar VHF, compass, Clarion sound system with AM/FM CD and DVD player.

Electrical/Mechanical:

110/12 volt systems with 30 amp service, phone and TV inlet and supply cord, 5KW Onan generator, Reverse cycle air and heat system, battery charger-converter, remote spotlight, TV antenna,  LG Flat screen TV, electrically activated engine hatch lift, 12 volt outlets and 110 volt GFI outlets, Sirus radio receiver, VacuFlush head system, Norcold refrigerator/Freezer in cockpit.

Deck:

Electric windlass with remote to helm station, anchor, chain and line all in deck hatch, safety deck railing, hot and cold deck shower, transom gate access to cockpit which is fully enclosed with canvas and isinglass, sink and refrigerator. Bow Sunpad!
