'Chapter Three' is on her third owner, and all three have been lifelong boaters who understand the importance of routine and preventative maintenance.   This fine example of a well kept 42 Convertible was ordered new from the factory and has always been a Northeast boat...hauled, winterized and covered for 6+ months a year, hence her low hours for her age (1175).   Continuous improvements and care are evident, including new canvas enclosure and aft cockpit cover, new flybridge carpeting, new salon carpeting, two new A/C units, new house batteries, extensive mechanical updates, etc.


She features a two stateroom layout with head/vanity to stbd and private shower to port.  Extensive electronics package including Autopilot, generator, 2-zone AC/Heat.   Spacious & bright salon with rich cherry cabinetry, raised dinette area to port with sunken galley to starboard.
