Overview

With a queen sized master stateroom, spacious cabin and accommodating helm and cockpit area plus the incomparable Tiara quality, the Encore is a great family cruiser or open fisherman that has been professionally maintained and stored under cover in fresh water for most of its life. The seller’s lack of time to use her puts her on the market.

Accommodations

The Encore features the most popular layout of the 4300 series with the queen stateroom forward, convertible dinette and L-shaped settee, plus the modern Maple paneling and Cherry wood planked flooring. The private Master stateroom is forward with a walk around queen sized bed, two hanging lockers, cabinet storage around the upper perimeter of the room, under berth storage and a deck access hatch for natural ventilation. The full width salon is aft with the dinette to starboard and the built in L-shaped settee to port. The galley is further aft and to port and the full head with separate stall shower is to starboard. The décor is Maple paneling through out with a darker Cherry Wood planked floor, blue dinette and settee cushions and an Olive green bunk cover.

Galley

The U-shaped galley is aft and to port with Natural Maple cabinetry, white Corian counter tops, over counter Sub Zero refrigerator and freezer, stainless steel sink, 20 gallon electric water heater, 12 volt fresh water pump, dockside water inlet with pressure regulator, and ice maker in cockpit.

Deck Equipment

Fiberglass swim platform, radar arch with attached Bimini top, four sided enclosure, bow pulpit, stainless steel hand rails and hardware,  fold down cockpit seating, round cockpit table, transom door and gate, plow anchor, Maxwell Neilsen anchor windless for chain and rope with remote operation from helm, ACR RCL 100 remote electric spotlight, helm bench seat with built in storage-ice maker- sink,  and port side bench seat.

Mechanical

Twin 6V92TA 550HP Detroit Diesel engines, Westerbeke 8KW generator with 2402  hours,  Marine Air air condition system with digital controls, vaccu-flush head system, Racor 1000 fuel filters, Airsep engine air filters, ProMariner 12 volt 35 amp battery charger, VDO engine gauges, Hydraulic steering, and mechanical engine controls.

Electronics

Two Raymarine 9” plotter/radar/fish finder screens, Raymarine autopilot, SEA VHF, and 4” Ritchie compass.

Remarks

Famous for the care and maintenance of his boats, the seller of the Encore no longer has time to enjoy her, as such she is offered for sale at a very aggressive price and should fly through the strictest of surveys. He will also consider a late model Ski Nautique in trade.
