Overview

This 43 Tiara Open is a dual-purpose express, capable of serious fishing with cruise friendly accommodations. Lucky Lady VII is well cared for, showing much newer than her age and has had numerous repairs and upgrade since 2010 when the current owner purchased her. She has a full array of navigation equipment and dedicated bridge air.

Her cockpit has a superb layout for fishing, diving, cruising or just relaxing. Down below she can comfortably accommodate owner and guests for dining, entertaining and sleeping (can sleep six) for weekend cruises or weeks in the Islands. Note too that the boat has been stored indoors during the summer since ownership in 2010.

Accommodations

The spacious cabin is entered from the helm deck through a sliding acrylic lockable door (with both screen and privacy cover) and down three steps with teak treads.  The AC/DC panel is at eye level on your right as you descend the steps. The fully equipped Galley with generous counter space is to port; the Head with separate shower stall is opposite.

Forward of both the galley and head you enter the salon which is very spacious given this boat’s over 15 foot beam.  A port side sofa converts into a berth for two (the backrest lifts up and hangs from the ceiling adding an additional bunk). A large U-shaped settee is to starboard with a dining table. The table lowers and fills with cushions to make into a double berth.   The current owner has added a flat screen TV and DVD player.

Forward from the salon is the private stateroom with a centerline queen berth with easy access to either side.  Beneath the berth is a large storage area accessed when you lift the berth with assistance of the (new) gas struts.

The interior features light ash cabinetry, teak sole, ultra-leather upholstery, cedar lined hanging lockers, Bomar deck hatches for light and ventilation and reverse cycle air conditioning/heat.

Galley

As you enter the cabin, the very functional galley is to port with overhead hatch for light and ventilation, great counter space, plenty of storage and all the amenities. Refrigerator and freezer are side by side at eye level.

Salon

The salon is bright with two overhead hatches and spacious with an L-shaped settee to port and a large u-shaped lounge/dinette area to starboard. The port side settee converts to an upper and lower berth.  The lounge/dinette area seats four to six comfortably and converts to an additional double berth.
